Great beer, outstanding food and terrific people. I love this little place. It's an amazing setting when they open their outside seating, beautiful right by the river.

Raw salmon (literally frozen in the middle when it arrived on the table), mixed veggies out of a frozen bag, same with the rice pilaf. No seasoning whatsoever. After being sent back, salmon returned as a an inedible hockey puck. Waitress took it off the bill—but we had to ask her to do it. Other food was mediocre at best ($15 plain burger as there is no kid option). Don’t think we’ll return.

Great place to stop in if you’re in the area. Walking distance from the Lancaster Motel. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great for a date or dinner with family (kids included). We ordered the Reuben and Pastrami sandwiches and both were toasted to perfection and full of flavor. The kids Mac n cheese with ham was tasty and approved by a three year old and the parents! They offer growlers for sale, which is amazing since the brews there are great! We will definitely stop in again next time we’re in the area.

Excellent brewery along the Israel River. Paused her for a bit while exploring Lancaster this Fall. Good beer and bites!

We went for Sunday breakfast. The sausage and pancakes were very good. Couldn't believe the number of people drinking flights with their breakfast at 8 am.

We were travelling through and just stopped for beer and nachos. Lovely location by the river, great range of beer and a big pile of nachos. Very friendly staff. Just what we needed.

Fantastic Brewery close to the Lancaster Motel. Family Friendly with many options for picky eaters. Staff was super friendly and the Brewery is beautiful. You have to visit if you plan on going to Santa's Village in Jefferson,NH.

All 5 stars are for owner (Mike). After enjoying our beers on patio, my friends wanted to see inside the pub. (I'm local but Mike didn't know that; my friends were from Detroit.) To my surprise, they wandered down the hall & poked their heads in the brewing area, where Mike was working! He was not dismissive at their interruption, instead inviting them further in to talk about the brewing process, answer questions, allow pics & even give a sample of cider! Best part: they're talkers & I was trying to corral them out, for his sake... but Mike continued engaging them in leisure chat for several minutes, even after his impromptu tour! I already knew the beer & atmosphere was great. Super nice owner was a bonus. Hats off to his ease & hospitality!

On a beautiful Fall Sunday, I got in the car to do some “leaf peeping” in VT and NH. I ended up for lunch at the Copper Pig Brewery and Restaurant in the town of Lancaster, NH at the base of the White Mountains. Since I was by myself, I took a place at the small bar, and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. There were about nine different brews available, and you are welcome to ask for a sample of anyone you want to try. In the course of my time there, I tried two different beers, both of which were very good: their Kilkenny red ale and one of their two IPAs — the one I tried has “pig” in the name. For my meal, I ordered the pastrami panini, which I enjoyed very much. I settled on the pastrami because Lancaster is not far from the Canadian border (Québec) and they are big into their “smoked meat” there. The rest of the menu hearty pub food, such as mac n’ cheese, which one can get topped with several different add-ons. The Copper Big seemed to be doing really goodness on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line of patrons waiting to get in as I left the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in that “ neck of the woods”!

Excellent service, reasonably priced good food and beautiful location, what more could you ask for? Our party of four sat outside, and we were quickly served with drinks and then food. My veggie burger was perfectly cooked, our pretzels some of the best we had all tried and the smores pie dessert was perfect as a dessert to finish an excellent meal.Would definitely recommend if you are in Lancaster...

Again another great visit to the Copper Pig. The beer cold and incredibly tasty (great brewers) and awesome service. This time, Noah was our server, and after a slight order discrepancy, came out apologeticly and rectified it before we were aware it even happened. With all the amazing local craft breweries in the area, Copper should be on your visit list!!! Great food as well!!

Wonderful open air seating along a small river flowing through town. Enjoyed a tasty porter and pork sliders. Glad I stopped by.
