Visited at 2pm on a saturday. Used the drive-thru which had about six cars in line in front of me. Line moved quickly. Food was served fresh and hot. This is the opposite of what to expect from the Derry BK. Service at the window was polite and quick. Will use this location right of the highway, even though Derry is closer to home. The difference is night and day.

Order was incorrect. When I got home my burger was not in the bag. Luckily my wife and kids burgers were there. When I tried to call back to complain no one would answer.

Store closed very early. Watched a girl storm out into the parking lot and said to contact the app about a refund for our mobile order. This location has constant issues with lack of ingredients, and under staffed. Location needs new management. All the BK locations in Southern NH are like this.

7:30pm on a Sunday, looks open, no answer at drive-thru, doors are locked, one person inside, perhaps understaffed. But bro, shut the lights off or at least tell people. Went to Wendy's instead and didn't get my snack wrap, not cool.

There was a sign that said change needed at the drive through window so I figured I'd help out. I gave them $5 in change and the lady told me it was only $4.50 so I gave her another 50¢. I asked her if she could recount it because I was pretty sure I counted it correctly. She said she already put it in the register and changed the amount telling me I only gave her $4.00 and said I should leave. I left because I took that as a threat like she was going to say I have to give her more money. I contacted the manager about this incident and he was immediately upset and told me it was only 50¢. I've had bad experiences with poor customer service and refusal to fix an inaccurate order at two other Burger King locations. I haven't been to a Burger King in a while because of this, maybe I will never go back.

Used to take my kids here every Saturday for lunch because they loved the playground before they closed it during rona. Way past time to re open it. I will not be eating at any burger King till then.

The 2 snack wraps I ordered in no way resembled the picture on the menu board. It looks like someone threw the yellow part of the lettuce head on the bread and folded twice to make it the shape of a fat triangle. No quality control.Parking: It is an enormous lot for an unbusy location

Went there tonight 9/27 just before 10pm and when I pulled up to the drive through it asked if I was using a coupon and I said yes. Someone then came on the intercom and said they would be with me in a minute. I ordered and pulled up to the window. A guy with glasses, messy hair and baggy clothes who looks like he could barely open his eyes was at the window and gave me a total. I held my phone out with the coupon on it and apparently I was the most inconvenient thing in his life. He told me that’s what the intercoms is for as he’s shaking his head and muttering noises like a child when they don’t get their way. so I told him I answered yes when asked if I was using a coupon and he proceeded to shake his head and mumble. He kept shaking his head throughout the rest of the transaction. I have been in the food industry for over 10 years and I would have NEVER made a customer feel like they are the biggest inconvenience over a stupid coupon. Food was fine but service is absolutely trash.

We go here once a year on a trip we make. They mess my order up every year. I can't imagine what it would be like to live close by and go frequently. Also they for some reason can't handle the play ground being open. 9/18/23 12:23pm.

The website and on the door it says they open at 7 am on Sunday. I place an order and go pick it up at 7:40 am which is when it was going to be ready. The dinning room is closed and the lady on drive thru says they don't open until 8 am...
