I really wish they could make my latte correctly because I really like using this location; it’s conveniently located, the staff is extremely friendly & eager to assist you & it’s always clean. The drive thru is quick, don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 5 minutes start to finish. But every single time I go there my latte is AWFUL! What I get is pretty simple: Lg Iced Latte with Caramel swirl, liquid sugar & whole milk but it was never made correctly whether I ordered through the app or in person! It’s either way too strong, they allow the espresso to melt the ice by putting the ice in first & pouring the espresso on the ice melting the ice & watering it down so you get a lukewarm watered down latte, the wrong flavor was used or regular sugar instead of liquid. One time I was given whole milk, caramel swirl & liquid sugar- NO ESPRESSO!! Regardless of what is wrong with it…. it is always wrong. These drinks are almost $7 so I want it the way I want it. I don’t go there anymore but my boyfriend will go there sometimes & I always know he did…. cause it’s wrong!!

So just left this dunkin donuts. I asked for a small iced pumpkin spice latte, like I always order. So they gave it to me and I said where is the whip cream, and they said you ordered wrong. (Same way I order every time) anyway they said do you want us to remake it and I said yes. He handed it back to me with whip cream, I said you didn't remake it, he said well you ordered wrong and would not remake my drink! Very bad business treating people like that! I mean you have one job, to make coffee. MAKE IT RIGHT! oh and don't argue with the customer, very poor customer service.

Only 3 stars on food because I have never been a huge fan of it. It's adequate but the staff is efficient and friendly and the place is always clean comparably with other Dunkins in the area

Recently, I visited the Dunkin' location on Eddy Road to purchase two iced coffees. My decision to select this establishment was based solely on its convenient proximity to a nearby appointment. Unfortunately, both beverages were made with burnt coffee. Had this not been the case, I would have chosen Starbucks instead. While Starbucks may be perceived as a more expensive option, I consistently opt for their services due to the consistent freshness and precise measurement of their coffee. This practice ensures a uniform taste experience across all their locations, embodying the adage "You get what you pay for."

I went through the drive though 6/2. I had high hopes since I got through the line rather quickly. The person taking my order was polite. I get my coffee and as I go to take a sip. I noticed a short thick dark black hair on my lid. So I came inside to have it remade. Only to see the person that is pouring the drinks. Has an uncovered severely scruffy beard. Which I immediately recognized as the hair that was on my cup. Are you guys serious? How is that not some sort of food service no no. It is absolutely mind boggling to me that that is allowed.

Cannot recommend this location. Went here today and asked for two refreshers, one with no ice. They charged me for munchkins because I asked for no ice in one of my drinks. What??? I questioned them at the window and they said that “it depends on who is working” as to “how you are charged”. Will not be visiting this location again, even if in the area.
