I had the wing combo. I couldn't believe how small the pieces were for the price. The bone in was so small and dry. Great place to go and watch a game but I will not get the bone in our Boneless chicken again.

The service is always top notch here! The staff know their beer menu like the back of their hands, which given the number of taps and bottles, is super impressive. The food is typical American bar type, but the atmosphere and service is why I keep going back.

Food wasn’t bad but nothing to rave about either. Worst part of the experience was when my husband went to ask if there was a key to the restroom (because it was locked) and an employee told him that there’s no key and that they had lost the key. He asked 2 different employees and was given the same answer. But what do you know, ten minutes later an employee walked by us with the bathroom key, unlocked the door and went in! Talking about great customer service SMH. If they don’t want people to use it they could’ve come up with a better excuse like the toilet is leaking or it doesn’t flush or simply put an “out of service” sign on the door.

Went on a Thursday and for the first time at BWW Nashua and for the first time I got exactly what I ordered. Extra wet wings. Service was pathetic as we weren't given silverware. Atmosphere is always electric as that's the reason we go to BWW. Hence 4 stars. Woohoo. Service is a waste case as I have lost hope that it will ever improve. All the servers are mostly kids who work for extra money.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids as they can scream on the top of their voice but it's still quiet than the noise there. Lol

Ordered from doordash. They screwed up and didn't grab order from bww. Reordered and bww gave me the original order that was never picked up. 3 hour old food. It was ice cold. I live 5 minutes down the road.

I had good experiences here each time I had gone here. It was for the buy one to get one free special on Thursdays, which makes it worth it for me to go. The staff has always been super friendly, and the restaurant is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in.

I came from out of town to visit my family and BWW is typical my favorite place to go out to eat. This BWW location was the only location that has ever disappointed me. Not only was the service terrible, but the food was very dry. Servers were very unfriendly.

Me and my family had an atrocious experience Buffalo Wild Wings this past weekend. There was nobody to greet us for several minutes. I never complain about wait times, however the restaurant was too quiet to make me and my party of five wait over 40 minutes. The service was slow, our food was sub par. And when we tried to voice our concerns to the manager, I felt rushed. He seemed to want a quick easy solution rather than listening to our experience to make future guests feel accommodated . I definitely won't be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings.
