This place is brutal my last 3 visits went like this you sit at the drive-through for about five minutes then you yell hello no one responds you drive up to the window the workers hide the second time you wait 10 minutes finally someone responds that cannot speak English you have to repeat your order four times ! my last visit went to the drive-through waited 10 minutes backed out tried to go inside the door is locked I will never go back again this place is a joke and the dining room was closed at 6:30 at night! Don’t bother

The employee at the counter protected our food from a ravenous other customer cuz the mans was eyeing it up hard my guy like looking in man. But the employee at the counter was like "no that's theirs" pointing at us cuz we paid for it.

Couldn’t understand the person when ordering. Tried to order a meal plus a sandwich, but at the window had to repeat my order, so I just got the meal to keep it simple. Drink I got was wrong. Pretty sure I didn’t get the right amount of change but couldn’t tell you because I also didn’t get a receipt. And when I drove off the straw in my bag was completely unwrapped so I just dumped the drink. Sandwich and fries were ok

I came in with a $5 gift card... Made my order the woman did not speak English at all she didn't know what a gift card was she kept trying to charge it as a credit card I tried to explaining to her that it was a gift card she had to call her supervisor on the phone the supervisor then looked at it on from the phone and said oh no that's only online I pointed out to her where it said redeem in store she said no it's online only I said no it says right here redeem in store they would not accept it this is unacceptable they didn't speak English and I will never ever go back to the store ever again

everyone in the drive thru needed to take a chill pill tonight. I don’t know how this ladies do it!! I regularly order here during the nighttime hours and i usually see the same 2 hardworking ladies working night shifts. i’ve also seen how NASTY AND RUDE the customers were. This dude waited 30 seconds in line before blasting his honk at what i imagine he thought was them!! talk about short temper. The poor employee greeted me with the saddest look ever and i felt like she almost wanted to cry. As someone who has worked in a customer-facing job i can only imagine how they feel!I give it up to you ladies for handling a line full of douchebags and still showing up for work. customers are the reason “people don’t want to work anymore”

Used the drive thru and they got my order wrong, and the burgers I did get were not hot. The person taking the orders wasn't a good at communication but he was friendly. It must have been someone's first day on the job, who knows. But I wouldn't visit this location again based on my first experience there. Too expensive to not be happy with the accuracy and quality.

I would give zero stars if possible. Placed an order inside at 5:17 and by 5:45 still hadn't received it. The staff of 3 locked the doors to keep out more customers even though there were only 2 of us inside. They didn't even acknowledge the other customer. Left with no food and a refund.
