I emailed with Adam, discussed my preferences and he made some very solid recommendations. My pour overs have NEVER tasted so good. I’m on my third order of testing different kinds and they’ve all been great!. Prices for this quality are very reasonable, shipping is quick, and they run great specials. To top it off, customer service is top notch!Keep up the great work!!!

They will work with you to provide a custom order or roast, whatever your needs may be. I also love that they are a small family owned and operated business. I've recently embraced a move away from filter coffee to a more 'prosumer' setup with my Gaggia Classic Pro and Baratza grinder. I bought all the required accessories for a great shot, but was missing the most important part - the coffee!I searched for local roasters, as I wanted to move on from my coffee subscription of many years that sent me different coffees each month. With Espresso the dial in on grind is critical. I needed a consistent bean supply. With King David Coffee I feel I've found it!Here's my experience:- Ordered their 'new customer' deal - free postage!- The next day (!) I received 2x bags of 16oz dark roast ('espresso') beans!- Dial them in, grind, tamp, perfect shot!- Lovely sweet crema is produced; a giveaway tell of 'good' beans.- Couple of days later I saw a credit on my purchase giving me a 20% refund! Turns out there was a deal I was unaware of. Merchant processed the deal even though it was my mistake not applying it. Amazing.I've just ordered 4x more bags of beans. I'm going to be using King David for as long as I live in the US (few more years!).I can't recommend them enough!

Update five years later... still drinking KDC every day... Still five stars ?King David coffee is some of the best hand roasted coffee I have ever tried, for a very fair price. I enjoy making the trip to Nashua, NH when I can, but if not, he ships it and it's there in a couple days. Try the Celebes Kalossi!

First off, not a "coffee shop"At all.Just a humble and pleasant guy and his roasting machine in a loft area. His coffee is not only fairly priced, imo, it's one of the best local roasters.

I know a great cup of coffee, when I taste it, and King David coffee is so delicious! I've been meaning to order some beans from Sam (owner of King David), and now I'm sorry I waited, while continuing to say "this is the last time I buy mass produced coffee beans!" I love that there are several choices of coffee, and that I can choose beans or ground. I'm gifting some King David coffee to my kids, and one has a coffee grinder, while the other does not. No problem. Carefully curated, small batch roasted, and carefully packaged delicious coffee - need I say more?

This type of machine requires a really good coffee bean for that perfect espresso brew, so I decided to buy the best coffee I could find nearby and I just wanted something good ?. Well my coffee friends, Sam is a very knowledgeable guy and I am blown away by this guy and his talent on knowing what type of beans to combine for your taste ? buds, and I have found the right place here for you not to worry about the quality because It’s off the chart when you get your coffee blend from Sam at King David coffee Roasters in Nashua!A must try for that perfect Late or what ever you flavor for your morning cup of coffee/espresso!

King David Coffee is amazing. Several months ago I sent Sam, the owner, an email asking him if I could stop by. Sam got back to me immediately. Later that week I met up with Sam at his brewing shop. Sam took the time to show me around as well as explaining each one of the coffees and how he goes about roasting them. I purchased several varieties of coffee and was amazed at how clean and fresh the taste was. Sam is certainly an expert in the area of coffee bean roasting and goes the extra distance to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. It’s also great knowing you are supporting your local business owners. Contact Sam and place an order, you won’t be disappointed!
