Handed me a takeout order that was already opened by another customer after it was given to them by mistake. The customer had already opened my food and made a mess inside the bag yet the restaurant still gave me the order.

my boyfriend and i come here frequently and we always have a great experience. not this time.. our waitress got my boyfriend another mai tai without asking and didn’t ask him if he wanted a new one. we ended up letting her know because we didn’t order it, she shook her head and told us we were wrong. i then told her that we never ordered it and she walked away rudely. we then got our meals and they were very under portioned. not sure if we will be back! so unfortunate because we love it here. the manager was able to take off 5 dollars which was kind. just needed to be noted about this poor experience .

I go here regularly and the food, drink, and service are consistently very good. The hibachi selections are excellent - you can order them whether you sit at a hibachi cooktop or a regular table. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. They have a fair amount of turnover with their servers, but they all seem to do a great job.

The place is nice but the staff make you feel rushed. We ordered several Sushi plates and the soft shell crab appetizer, and it’s apparent they use low quality seafood in their dishes. There are much better Sushi options in Nashua.

Love the sushi and soups here….when you can get service. We’ve waited on more than one occasion at the bar for over 15-20 mins, to not even be acknowledged. We see you’re busy and understand. Bartender obviously drowning with no help from other staff chit chatting.

A lot of trashy people that goes to this place. They don't call it Trashua for nothing. Looks like someone kicked a hole in the bathroom door. They prob should lower the alcohol content of their drinks. Everything else is good though.

Nice place, fun time, not great for large group conversations as it can get loud. they passively will let you know it's time to leave, they bring the bill, to go containers and then start setting up the plates for the next group. They are very entertaining so check it out. (They can accommodate for shellfish allergies)
