I've been to alot of Starbucks and this was by far the worst experience one I've had in a while. The entrance is a little weird with a long hallway from the door to the counter. The baristas were by far the worst ones I've encountered. Most are very friendly and offer suggestions when you're not sure what to order. These baristas felt like they hated to be where they were. Holiday drinks were over, and none of them offered other suggestions that could be like or replace them.

Only thing that sucks is they rip you off with coffee. Way too much ice in the cups. For 8$ I expect a full sized cup of coffee. Not a talls amount of coffee with 45 ice cubes. That’s it. Love the taste of the coffee and the food though.

Not a good place to study. I came here for a rare moment of alone time and they slowly continued to turn the music up and intensify the genre (think hard rock and drums) until it was LOUD by any standard- you had to raise your voice to be heard. People come IN to coffee shops to work and spend time with friends so this seems quite rude to me. When I requested they turn it down they suggested it was my issue. Maybe but their job is to serve their guests ??♀️

Came here to get my usual drink I get multiple times a week through the drive thru and it looked like straight cream over ice so I took it back inside and as soon as I walk in I’m greeted by a… I think a female barista who said “what’s up” as her first initial reaction to me bringing back in my coffees and then told me I ordered my drink that way. Thankfully another barista came out and made my drinks the correct way!
2 baristas serving the drive thru and ignoring me standing at the counter for 6 minutes. No dark roast coffee available. Offered me a pour over. I asked for a discount or a GC and just got a bewildered stare.

Lexi is one of the amazing peeps at this Starbucks and she is the reason for this review. I cannot say enough nice things about all the peeps at this location. However, Lexi always goes above and beyond everyday. She is truly wonderful, an employee any business would dream of having.

Went through the drive through at 7:10am on Wednesday morning and every food item we asked for they stated they had to “check if they had it”. It’s 7:10am, customers want coffee and food if it’s advertised on their drive thru food menu. Not only did the barista repeat our order back to us 2 times somehow a drink was wrong. I personally went inside very politely to explain my drink was wrong and it took two more attempts to get it corrected inside. The barista who corrected my drink seemed to have an attitude and annoyed with me for asking for my actual correct order. Really Poor customer service at this location.

This location is what you would expect from a Starbucks. Full transparency, I have not had their food, experienced their service (except drive through) or went into the store to see the atmosphere. I will say however that their coffee tastes the best of any Starbucks I have ever visited. Not bitter, very smooth and very flavorful.
