If I could give ZERO stars I would but I have to give at least ONE to write a review ..So today I went in today and seen that with a holiday drink you get a free reusable cup! Score! Who doesn’t want a free cup?I asked questions about it and the girl was nice and helpful but clearly left out a detail which caused this issue..I order two of the same drinks for my fiancé and I, well she gave me one reusable cup so I said , oh I didn’t get the second cup and she said “ you only get one per order “ so I said ohh okay can we separate the orders so we both get one”She let out the loudest annoyed sigh I’ve ever heard , ripped the receipt out and slammed it down next to her , said “ 6.09” and SLAMMED DOWN THE CUP so hard in front of me that it made me jump.. then did the second drink “ 6.09” NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT & said in the rudest sarcastic tone “ oh you have a nice day “ didn’t even apologize for slamming down the cup at me, nothing not a single thing.Like so unnecessary and horrible way to treat someone who’s a paying customer . I will NEVER return to this Starbucks EVER again . Completely ruined my liking for Starbucks.

For clarification, yes--this is the Starbucks co-located inside a Target. I have to specify this because there's actually another Starbucks that I've seen (but never visited) also on Amherst street. With that obligatory disclaimer out of the way, I can say that this is pretty much everything an express Starbucks needs to be. They scan your store card if you have one, which means rewards can totally be applied. The only thing I wish these inner-Target Starbucks' had is mobile ordering. To date, I have never been able to place a mobile order at a Target-Starbucks. Ever. Not sure if this is by design or just a glitch in the Matrix. But I really wish they'd get on the ball with this one. It'd be nice to just...have my order ready when I arrive at the pickup desk. The staff are friendly enough for NH standards and the hot breakfast items are available here as well. Target-Starbucks on Amherst is worth 4 tall white chocolate mochas with light whipped cream on top out of 5.

Went there at 2:17PM I ordered a hot coffee. They had none. I ordered an ordered coffee they had none. I will not go there again.

the guy giving bad review for slow drive thru and open sewer with smell coming up to his car when this location does not even have a drive thru it's inside a target made me LOL at google reviews.

Bought my daughter a drink but didn't even order myself anything because the selection of sugar free flavors is sad. Just vanilla. If I am spending a ton of money on fancy coffee, I want something more exciting than vanilla. They need to bring back the sugar free cinnamon dolce! For now, I will stuck with Aroma Joe's. They have tons of sugar free options.

Always a huge queue in the drive thru which moves quite slowly for a Starbucks and have had more mistakes on drinks here than any other I've been to. There is also an exposed sewer very nearby which means it's not the best smell going through the drive thru or walking from the car.

Merrimack Outlet option is always closed...Now it seems to be creeping into the Amherst St 101a location. Both closed today for some reason?
