Cheryl is the most unprofessional worker I have ever seen. She makes it a point to scream at me every-time I come in for Doordash. Do not recommend! Beware of crazy lady.

The only thing I would change is the price of the products . We came in abruptly, a group of 10 of us. I'm not sure the guys name, but he had really long hair. He was amazing. He gave us all the rundown before we began ordering. He took us step by step, 1 by 1, lining our orders up in order. He then proceeded to make them all 1 by 1. All while keeping a great attitude and entertaining my daughter, who we were celebrating. He gave her a briefing in science. And she was excited to absorb the knowledge. He had no issues with us coming in and moving tables to fit us all. He was just all around a good guy. Thank you for the wonderful service we receive every time we walk into your establishment.

Such a fun place to visit to watch the kind staff make ice cream and sorbet with liquid nitrogen! Little kids and big kids alike are fascinated by the process. The assistant manager was working this evening and was warm & wonderful, telling my pal’s daughter about their STEM program visiting schools and making ice cream. The ice cream was very creamy and a nice treat. But I have to add one more detail to my review. We were finishing up our ice cream at 9, and the staff locked the door. While she was finishing with the door, a woman came up to it, and the staff told her they were closed, but then, the next thing I knew, she was unlocking the door and opening it again, saying come on in! The woman at the door had her daughter behind her… and the staff member made sure that sweet little girl and both her parents got a dish of ice cream after 9! How very kind! After a long day stirring custom flavors, being on her feet, and with an hour of cleaning remaining, she didn’t have to do that, but she did. :) Thanks, Sub Zero, for the ice cream & the kindness!Also, it’s probably best to visit earlier in the day; there were quite a few blue lights flying down Main St after 9.

The icecream is great. Some of the best in Nashua. But the people who work here are never happy. Additionally, their card reader says it takes tap and then doesn't. Had to go home and get my wallet.Update: The staff members who I encountered when I had technical issues were fine. However, I've been here many times before and the staff have always seemed a bit irritated, even with each other. The two I encountered at my recent visit were not those people. Perhaps the others are no longer there. I understand that, with your location, you are probably very busy and training new staff. I usually have your icecream through doordash anyway. Please understand that this won't inhibit my icecream intake. You still have a great product.
