I unfortunately ordered on the subway app for the first time. I ordered a tuna footlong and it was clear that when you aren’t actually the watching them make it that they skimp on the tuna. Technically there was a little tuna in there… technically.I was in the military and have had Subway in quite a few countries. Sometimes while a war was going on. And this was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Let that statement sink in.

Ordered doordash from here and the dasher stole my order? after calling and telling subway what happened they got another dasher to come and that dasher then cancelled my order after getting there.. Shawn then remade my food as I was on my way to the store, made up the mess with a free cookie, and had excellent customer service. Shawn was amazing and turned my whole day around!

Order a sandwich with a drink and a cookie and didn’t get the items but was charged for it. Called the store and was hung up on. The sandwich was made poorly and missing everything I asked on it.

This franchise unfortunately does not accept the "Buy One Get One Free" coupons, it is not explicitly stated within the store in an easy to notice area. The employees are personable and friendly.

Ordered online delivery. Somehow was routed to this Store versus the one I chose. They didn't deliver my order despite it saying it was delivered. I called they said they couldn't help me to call DoorDash. But I didn't order through DoorDash I ordered through Subway. New way to choose the store you want to come from. So no lunch and I'm home bound. Will have to contact corporate and block payment.

Didn't even get to eat. It says online and on the store door that they open at 10am Sunday. Nothing was posted about closing for the holiday weekend or opening late. Showed up at 10:20am and the place was completely dark and the doors locked. We waited about 5 minutes thinking maybe they were running behind schedule, but nobody ever opened up the store.

Food is fresh, so no complaints on that part. Fast service, satisfied with the service ever time i go here.

I’ve always loved Subway. But this time it was horrible. Bread undercooked, Despite ordering more lettuce and more spinach and less sauce I got a sandwich with very little lettuce very little spinach and saturated in sauce. Also ordered baked chips but got full fat chips. My order was picked up by a family member so I wasn’t able to do anything about it. Very disappointing won’t return to this subway store.
