Very dry chicken, hard rice, can’t even stick my fork through the broccoli because it’s so hard.

Food was delicious I got it door dashed and was still amazing. One of the best mall take out places in the game, top tier.

Just ate at pheasant lane mall location. Food was terrible. Honey chicken was all small, hard pieces of God knows what and lo mein was overcooked and dry. Will never again do this.

Refused to provide a cup of water and insisted I buy a bottle. Very rude about.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this food. It was delicious. The bourbon chicken is super smokey. The mango chicken has a great texture. It surpassed my expectations.

I wanted to try something new at the mall and let's say if you expected the bare minimum, which is Thai food, you're not going to get Thai food. Majority of the food being served are Chinese-American food such as fried rice, lo mein, etc... So when I went up to order and I was confused. I got the fried rice with bourbon chicken and a shrimp with bell pepper dish. The fried rice was a dry and course while the shrimp dish was way too sweet for my liking. The bourbon chicken had a slight texture on the outside but it was kind of soft on the inside. I was pretty disappointed since it looked like a southeast Asian fast food place which we never really see but the authenticity and quality of the food are meh and below the ground.

The name says, "Thailand Express" but we all know what type of food is served here. As far is Thai food is concerned, I didn't get any. As far as Chinese food is concerned, it wasn't so bad. The flavors were good and they didn't skimp on portions. Maybe they were just trying to get rid of the mid day food, but I got a good amount. While it was flavorful, it was also very oily. I had a good lip gloss going by the time I was done eating. The price was on part with every other food court price so I can't complain. Will I try it again? Sure

Frankly I was a little upset at being physically shouted at as if that was ok. It's not. And why do napkins appear so precious that gold would be easier to get?? I guess all food court places are under immense pressure on price. I get it. But the rudeness is not helpful to gain more business.
within 10 minutes my friend and i were vomiting and continuously going to the bathroom. mixed vegetables were slimy. update i’ve lost 3 pounds.

First time I had their food was while eating there, maybe early January. It was good. I told myself I'd come back soon. Next time was take out, about 2 weeks ago. Again, good flavors. A few hours later, however, I could not stop going to the bathroom. Even a drink of water would set me off. I was on full purge mode around the clock. I got food poisoning from one of the chicken items and it lasted for 2.5 days. I lost 4 pounds. I won't be returning.

Glad they decided to deliver farther to lowell. Definitely will be my top spot!

It's honestly pretty good compared to other mall food. Many Asian places I have tried in malls serve food which is dry, and flavorless at best but this place cooks solid lo mein and chicken!
