Nope, after an additional 15 minutes waiting for our food, and another 20 minutes to drive back home, we had all our items and were able to eat an 75% cold dinner. No apology or acknowledgment of error.

Stopped in here for lunch on Sunday, place was empty when we got here and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. The food was decent, not the best wing I have had and the fry's have some kind of sweetness added to them that didn't really improve the flavor. Overall, decent choice, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the wings or service.

Ordered through the mobile app 20 min ahead, gave my name when I arrived. Two people waited in line got their food before me. Waited 30 min for them to ask me if I needed help again after giving the name of the order again they pulled it off the top shelf and handed it to me food was already cold. Staff did not pay attention on they’re phones the whole time terrible service staff not paying attention.

One of the worst store. I was hungry late night, they accepted my order, I was waiting for the order, finally after an hour they cancelled it. If you are not ready to deliver don't accept then.
I’ve never been inside of Wingstop but tonight was my first time delivering from here.. the food is delicious (I got a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and Louisiana Voodoo fries) the food got here very warm which I was happy about. I have no complaints on the food. My soda was a little flat but aside from that I’d order again!

This specific location is the filthiest restaurant I've seen in years maybe ever. I don't chime in on stuff like this but this was over the top gross. Every surface was caked in filth, not just from a busy night, they haven't cleaned at all in months. Toilet had multiple poo stains. The lid holder next to soda machine had caked on wing sauce all over it, not just a spot the whole thing was covered in filth. Soda machine covered in spills. Each chair has dirty spots on it. The floors and walls were covered in filth. You can tell they don't do NO side work ever. Windows gross. Literally every surface was disgusting. Never seen a national chain restaurant so dirty. Wings were ok but so dirty in there. Even looking into the kitchen u could tell they don't clean up ever.

I am giving a 3 stars only because of the food and would lower otherwise. I think the food is really good. I love the chicken sandwiches and the wings are good as well. I think that the wings are a little undercooked (as many say) but the flavor makes up for it. I do have a few complaints though. The workers always try to make you buy the combo. We clearly told the workers we didn't want the combo 3 or 4 times but still put it on the order and tried to charge us for it. The inside is a mess with napkins, straw wrappers, and the floor being sticky. Also, why do they charge for extra ranch??? Over a dollar for a side of extra ranch when it doesn't really have too much flavor. Good food but service and atmosphere needs to change.
