Great Dunkins, a bit small inside with limited seating. Very crowded in the Mornings and when school let's out with all the Kids coming in. Most times it's not crowded. No Drive Thru at this location. Parking can be a challenge during the busy times. ( there are a couple other parking options) .The Staff is Friendly, it's a Small Town, and the Small Town Atmosphere is here! ?Parking: During Busy Times ( Mornings) and when the After School Crowd arrives, it's quite difficult to find parking. You can park on Main Street or at Tucker's parking lot or if need be, there's a small parking lot behind the restaurant at the School. But you have to access that parking lot from a different street.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only ONE Wheelchair ♿️ Spot. It's parallel to the building and seems a bit difficult to leave when you are finished at the Restaurant. (Especially when its busy) But no problems that I saw coming into the Restaurant for the person.

Staff is amazing, professional, amazing to talk to, and great service. Donuts are always stocked, coffee is really good, and cooked food is always amazing. Also on the way to work so bonus points, if I could give 7/5 I would.

Staff smoke right outside the back door. Really unpleasant to have to walk through it. Manager needs to have staff move way away from the building.

I stepped back in time to the Colonial era here, yet I'm sipping on coffee purchased through a self-service kiosk with a ginormous touchscreen. One half of me was whisked away into history while the other half was enjoying a modern cafe experience. I couldn't decide. Why not both? In brief, this location is just simply beautiful. It's far away from the noise and ruckus but decked out with a modern touch - disconnected but just connected enough. I can drink my coffee in peace and contemplation. Thoughts come and go, wander or stay, fleeting or whimsical. Ahh, that is some good coffee and donuts!

Extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessional and unkind behavior of an employee of Dunkin. Our daughter got stuck in the parking lot. A young woman was parked next to her in the parking lot. My husband and I arrived to jump her car but could only access the car on the right side. My daughter knocked on the young woman’s car window to ask if she could pull her car out in order to jump the car. The woman not only refused but then sat in her car for another 15 minutes. We were shocked to realize that she was a Dunkin employee. I called and spoke to the manager to report this unkind behavior not to mention being shocked that, with such limited parking employees park in the customer lot.

This Dunkin doesn't do any half cream or heavy cream for those people looking to reduce sugar. Other coffee shop in town Grounds does both as well as Starbucks. And they are always nasty there as

Went on Easter Sunday. People lined up waiting for orders. Appeared to be understaffed. Only an ordering kiosk was available. Had never used it before; tried for the first time. Ordering didn't seem to be intuitive. Another customer who apparently had experience helped us finish the order. The waste bin was overflowing and needed to be empty. An overall lousy experience. Won't go back.
Using the APP, preordered & my order was correct! And ready when I arrived! Custom coffee & quick sandwiches. Great for take out.
