This is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for because Greg, one of the owners, storms in and begins shouting in people's faces. He obviously exploits the power he has. I've been working there for a year now. He rants at one of my previous employees, telling him he's useless, and that the only reason he's there is because they don't have anyone else to work there before he jumps in my former coworker's face. There has only been a depressing work environment during my time there.I simply kept going because I actually love my coworkers.

My wife went into your Washington St shell location today and waited I a very long line. She wanted a frozen coffee, after watching the employee make 2 frozen coffees, my wife asked for her frozen coffee and the employee said nope the machine is broken. My wife politely replied I just watched you make 2 frozen coffees. The employee smacked the counter and said, well I'm not going to get ice for you to make one. My wife said have a great day and walked out. Why are your employees allowed to treat people in this fashion??? Every location you have SUCKSSSS

I have been to 2 of their properties. Gonic Rd. in Rochester and High st. in Somersworth. I can assure you that this company is failing in their posted Customer Service Commitment. Slow ,gum chewing, rude employees. Would it hurt them to thank you for making a purchase there?
