We stop here every year or so on the way back from Maine. Reliably good service and consistent food.The girl who took our order was quick, efficient and polite.The girl who took our money was quick, efficient and polite.The person who made the food did a good job.Management made sure their food was fresh and well rotated.Keep up good work kids.

ordered online through their official app. got home only to discover they made one of the tavos wrong and just didn't even give us 2 others. i would understand if they misheard me through the drive through speaker but this was ordered through an app where they not only can read the order but also have the receipt taped on the bag when you hand it to me. this is the 3rd time in a row they have messed up my online order and the blatant lack of care given that they litterally have a transcript to refer to is just disgusting and sad

Staff has been exceptional to me. I accidentally submitted a mobile order to the wrong location, they fulfilled my order regardless and called the other restaurant to make sure they still completed the order but didn’t waste the food.

2/23/24- store riddled with 16 year olds who clearly don't know the first thing about customer service or working behind a kitchen. Food was disgusting, made incorrectly twice and didn't offer to remake it right away. Came home with it to find both tacos bone dry with no sauce or flavor. Where the hell is the management?

Well I have been there 3 times and not only do I have a simple order of a $5 box but I get meat and cheese only on everything and I still have a missing taco and I got a burrito with only cheese.....kinda sad place to eat.....Update:Went back to see if they could do any better after talking with corporate.....once again got my order incorrect....I went back in to talk with them and to give them another chance to fix it....had to repeat myself 3 times and they messed it up again.....I can't believe even corporate doesn't care enough to fix the problem.....well I have learned my lesson.....Update:I haven't been back since the last incident. Now my wife went and got a crunchwrap.....meat is only on one side....refer to picture....that place just needs to close down if they aren't going to do anything about it.....

Avoid the Rochester Taco Bell at all costs. Tried to get breakfast here three times over the past 5 months. They haven't gotten the order right a single time. I get charged for items I don't receive, but I don't dare ask for the items or a refund because the employees look like the type who would do somethong to your food, and engaging them for a refund would be an exercise in futility. No Bueno.

I absolutely loved it. Now I've always said I'm not a taco bell girl but after wrestling practice I went there and they were amazing. The workers we kind, and gentle. The food was AMAZING and I'm definitely going back. It was a good after wrestling pick me up.

It's just a Taco Bell, but this one gets a lot of things right. I tend to get the same thing every time, a bean and cheese burrito. It's inexpensive and filling on those days I skipped lunch. Even so, it's always well made, not dried out or crusty. Nice soft tortilla, and good flavor, especially for the price. Service is usually really friendly and the lines move quick enough.

The prices here are DOUBLE what they are elsewhere, which forces you to use their app, but then once I get the food, which I ordered with NO LETTUCE, comes with LETTUCE. I go back to get a new one, still lettuce. I go back again, and they got it right, but the next time I came, I asked for no lettuce, don't see any, then when I bite in, there are pieces of lettuce. I am not allergic to lettuce, however, this does make me concerned for anyone who is allergic to lettuce.Dietary restrictions: They put a few pieces of lettuce in my chalupa that I said NO LETTUCE on. I am not allergic to lettuce, but this makes me concerned for any people with allergies.

This location has the worst service. If you love waiting in line, go ahead and visit this location. I had a mobile order, waited in linen10 minutes, so I decided to go inside, only to wait 15 more minutes. I was told "we are doing the best we can". Then I see a guy come in after go right up and say they messed his order up yesterday and they make his food immediately. I won't be revisiting this location again.
