Crying ;-;

Food was great but the water tasted like it was unfiltered and dirty. Had to do a double take because I couldn’t believe it was that bad. Overall a little sloppy as well, I don’t blame them because they seemed low on service, but at the time there were multiple empty tables. Please fix this ?

food was ok but cold they close at 2pm and we sat a few minutes after 1 then were completely forgotten about until just before 2 when we finally got to put in our order where three of us ordered and our fourth was almost forgotten proceed to the cold food that sat in the window for almost 10 minutes before we got it and another 10 or so minutes before we got our second drinks after our coffees had been empty for forever then after our cold food the manager was rude as hell complaining about people getting their checks so she could get out of there and several other rude comments before they slammed the door behind us after we left. Will never go there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else either to go there. It was terrible.

If you love the '50s era (and even if you don't), you will love this place! This was our second visit to the Windham restaurant and Izabella gave us great service! Good was great.Our first visit last week, we had Michael as our server and he was great! The "dead" comment under my bacon was how they described it when I told them I like it well done with some char. ? Prices are fair and the atmosphere is pleasant.

We finally found a diner in Windham that knows how to make biscuits and gravy with eggs on top, and tastes pretty close to the Southern Appalachian way! Yeayyyy

Worst place we've ever eaten at. Lousy service. Terrible food. Food undercooked. Took 15 minutes to get a spoon for tea. Sent bacon back for additional cooking but never got it back from the kitchen.Waitress tried to charge me $5.00 for the bacon although I never was given it, and in spite of it being included in price of the meal. Rather than apologizing for the bad service and food said waitress, who was the manager, was condescending to me.

It's a nice place to stop for lunch. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Tasty but not too expensive menu options.

I want to say first I had an overall great experience. Our server was wonderful and the food was great. On the other hand the whole time all I could look at was one of the workers literally sitting on the beverage station almost the entire time, on his phone and kept picking at his nose. Leaning against a counter is one thing but he literally kept sitting on the counter. I’m sorry that’s pretty gross. Everyone else was running around working hard and he just every now and then grabbed dishes. He spent more time on his phone than anything else. We were there for about 40 mins. Again it’s one thing to be standing around waiting to do something but to be sitting on the counter. Not a good look that no one noticed to say anything to him.

A neat find with a definite 50s vibe. Great tunes in the background, and good food with great service. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a stop. ?Kid-friendliness: Very wholesome family style place
