The steak was delicious, cooked to perfection, and massive, enough for several meals. Wait staff was very attentive. We ordered several appetizers and all were very good. The cocktail selection was lovely. It was an expensive but memorable dinner.
Absolutely unprofessional establishment that feels the need to share its customers tips with news sources. don't think I would ever visit this restaurant because it shows clearly no respect for its guests.
Great service. steak wasn't
Been to many of The Best and High end stake Houses in New York!
Amazing food nice quiet cozy setting
The setting was great the service was also Impressive
We had a party of 8 so we had a good variety of entrees ...and the food and service was excellent
I had the most ridiculously perfect tuna crudo appetizer.
Oh my goodness! Absolutely fantastic! Everything from the martinis to the dessert is awesome. the atmosphere is just perfect, the music level and any other surrounding noises are at a perfect level for dining. Also, the service was outstanding
The food was good but the service was mediocre!

Super under staffed on Sunday before Labor Day, which lead to ridiculous wait on table with no service in lounge - took a super long time to get an over sweet, Imbalanced balanced cocktail from swamped bartender. Once seated, table service was lagging, no refill on waters through meal, food was meh- My entree came out 10 min before everyone else's, (tuna tartare, and was mediocre) - Partner had $30 burger that was dry, fries SO over seasoned they were inedible. Friend's chicken was pink inside. Manager checked in once and was pretty indifferent about our feedback
Dinner before a concert. Waiter had great recommendations. Service was excellent. I had noted that it was my birthday. I was presented with a card signed by the staff - nice touch. The bill was comparable to any other high end steakhouse.
Terrible experience! Arrived at 6:40 for 7 pm reservation and hostess told us the table will be ready closer to 7 but showed us the bar which was full and then told us the lounge had waitress service if we would like to enjoy a drink, perfect! Sat in the lounge, never to be acknowledged nor get a drink. Hostess came to get us at 7, and we were trying to brush off our first impression. Sat down to an extremely loud atmosphere for being “fine diningâ€. Again, no problem let
Party of 6, seated early. Can't put in the appetizer order first. We ordered Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ($24), Caesar salad, Bone-in Ribeye for 2. Side of thick cut bacon, and asked for sautéed spinach instead of creamed. Great. The rest of the table ordered Lambchops, Porterhouse steak, a "butter-poached lobster tail" (MP) and various potato sides.Someone with a basket of dinner rolls placed one on a small dish with a small side of butter. We received our appetizers quite quickly. The 24$ shrimp cocktail had 3 shrimp around a martini glass. 3 SHRIMP. LARGE...not Jumbo by any definition..45 mins later Manager finally arrives and although unprofessional and cursed much, I don't mind that, she apologized for the wait saying the kitchen got backed up and is there anything we need. One of our friends asks if dessert could be comped, she says yes. Food comes. Our ribeye was cut, which I thought was odd because it's a steakhouse and I assumed the steak would come out whole..but ok. Sides come. No lobster tail.
Seeing a lot of bad reviews here, so I don't know if anything's changed in the 5 or so years since I've been here, but in 5 years I have not forgotten that steak. Bone-in dry aged NY strip. Best steak I've ever had. I almost cried while eating it. Better than Barclay Prime. I will admit that being drunk on Knob Creek may have colored my perception a bit, but I stand by this rating.
