All of it is so poor. I use to come here all the time when they first opened & the service & food WAS great. NOW ha terrible, you order food from there menu & they don’t give you everything. I ordered a hibachi lunching bcuz online you get the lunch plus a drink. The women never gave me a drink when I mentioned it to her she said no look at menu & handed me a menu. In person menu doesn’t say, she told me if I showed her the menu online she’ll give me the drinks if I prove her wrong. I showed her the online menu I ordered from & it clearly states drink included (look at menu on search from google) & she laughed and said well I’m not giving you drinks. Menu is “old & not accurate.” The last two other times I’ve ordered from here they charged me a different price than what their menu’s say. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON MONEY THIS PLACE SUCKS. & THEIR FOOD IS TRASH on top of the constant price change. I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to order their lunch. 🤷🏼♀️

Just had an awful experience with UMI kitchen. Placed my order with Uber Eats. They frequently use their own driver. Not sure why. Anyway i always get a phone call or ring on my doorbell but not today. After an hour i contacted them directly since there was no update on the Uber app. She contacted the driver and lo and behold my order had been dropped off. The driver intentionally didn't contact me because there was no tip. My food was left outside getting cold or could have been potentially taken. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Tips are at the discretion of the consumer. For a driver to behave in this manner is deplorable and childish. Although the woman from UMI was apologetic i told her that this was no way to treat a customer and that i would no longer be patronizing her business.

Stopped by for some takeout before heading back to Brooklyn and was presently surprised. The shop is no frills basic Chinese and Japanese takeout. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly and pretty quick. Food was descent for takeout Chinese food, though the sushi was just fine. The combination dish that I got reminded me of late night college life a night after drinking and grabbing some quick fast Chinese food.
