Food is good, but I hate ordering here. Any time I call ahead, the guy NEVER and I mean NEVER actually starts the order. He completely forgets about it and when I go in to get it, thats when he starts making it. I've always loved the food here but this is honestly starting to become such an issue I juat don't think I want to order from here again.

Even if you place an order they'll start making it when you arrive. Be prepared to wait over an hour for 1 pizza.

Super casual place with friendly owner and staff. Normally I would give this place a much better rating since the food is very good and the prices are low. Never had a problem picking up my order other than the fact that they take a bit too long making your order. Dining in the restaurant is not as enjoyable. The tables are dirty, they handle the food/cheese barehanded but also the money and cash register without gloves or washing in between. All about Trump FoxNews was blaring on the TV for a very long time and it seems like its that way every time you walk in there. A person's political preference is not a problem unless you subject people to it in a place of business and give customers no choice when they're trying to enjoy their meal and talk with family or friends. You want to keep customers? Clean the tables, clean your hands, provide some real napkins (not just paper towels), get rid of the politics, put on some quiet music or nothing at all. Let people hear themselves speak and eat in peace.

Great pizza! Nice people and good prices. It’s my go to place for lunch when I’m in Bergenfield!

Called for 3 pies, was told 30 mins and here a stand 50 mins later waiting. Pizza wasn't even that good.

Absolutely delicious food and great portions at very affordable prices. Very friendly staff. Took a little longer to wait than expected but can see the quality and care for each order and how much the owner cares about the food they serve. Highly recommend!

I live local and the pizza is actually great, but every time I order a whole pie to go I’m told 15 minutes. 15 minutes later it’s still not ready and next thing I know I’ve ended up waiting at least 30 minutes. Today I placed an order over the phone and arrive to pick up my large pie 30 minutes later (because I know how long it can take) and my large pizza is not there. The look of confusion upon the face of the lady at the counter and the owner said it all. SMH
Seems like my order was NEVER placed or my order was given to another person. The first thing said to me by the lady was “ Well I didn’t take that order”, who then looked back at the owner who then paused for a second before saying “ oh yeah yeah oh yeah, it’s in the oven and will be ready soon”. Clearly that wasn’t the case, and he was just saving face. No apology, and no accountability for a potential mistake on there end. So I just walked out and took my buisness elsewhere…….. I could go on but I think I got my point across.
