Just dropped $250 plus a tip for a surprise birthday party for my wife. The big 7 ohhh. The service was awesome and I left a $50 tip. The food was hot and tasty. Plenty to eat and a good time was had by all. So why only two stars? Seems this place has a really stupid policy about bringing your own dessert. They don't have individual cakes so you either have to buy a dessert or pay them $3 per person if you bring your own. My daughter brought cupcakes and she was told that a service charge would be added if she brought them to the table. Absolutely ridiculous. There were 11 of us so they would add $33 to our bill. So my daughter left the cupcakes out front and gave our grandkids some to take home. When I questioned the manager, he told me the rule came from higher up. Well "higher up". Your policy sucks and we will think twice about Jimmy's in the future. I hope others see this and think twice as well. Hope your greed costs you more than the $33 you tried to rip us off for.

It was a great breakfast dinning experience. Loved it. They had meat substitutions for people who do not eat pork which is great! My picky eater had no complaints which made me even more happy that I chose to dine at Jimmy's. Definitely a memorable experience.

After a bad experience at another restaurant down the street we ended up at Jimmy's. I was overly impressed with the food and the service. Gavin was an amazing server and went above and beyond for us. The food was phenomenal, and we will def be back.

Not a good experience, the waiter we had was slow, forgetful and not very attentive.I had the porterhouse steak and was very unimpressed, bland and not much flavor, my vegetables were cold, and my baked potato wasn't even warm enough to melt the butter. My wife's order was also cold and was missing items she ordered.We really liked the atmosphere however we will never go back, the service and food was below standard I have had better diner food

Our son’s hockey team planned a team dinner at Jimmy’s. It was a large party and the service was incredible! Josh and Cait were attentive, flexible, and super friendly! Dining with 20 kids isn’t always easy, but our experience was seamless. We will definitely be back!

My friend brought me here because I am visiting and I cannot stress how bad the service was during my visit. I felt like I was begging to get a server to our table. I was able to catch the manager and was promised a server. The server nor the manger never made it back to me. I had no option but to leave. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I have been here perhaps half a dozen times so far with friends. Every item I have ordered has been delicious and my friends all agree. The restaurant is roomy and very clean, and the staff is nice. We will continue to visit.
