I LOVED this restaurant time and time again as of 1/02/2019 I've grown nothing but DISGUST for it, the employees are rude and the food is either undercooked or OVER cooked now days, noticed after the transition to “younger staff†.

Garbage gave them more than one chance. Over priced get your order wrong and rude on phone not sure how they are still in business. Better off with frozen pizza....complete garbage!

Giacomos pizzeria is awefull .... We ordered $30 worth of food for delivery and 3 hours later we are still waiting. I understand when told 45 minutes... It might take an hour. But at hour 2 the driver showed up with a ruined pizza with the wrong toppings, a cold cheese steak, no soda and fries so nasty they were not edible. The driver took the pizza back and told us they would fix it right away and bring the missing 2 liter of soda right back. Its now hour 3 and we havent received the pizza and soda. Ive called many times and they just keep telling me its on the way. Its very sad that my 4 year old will be eating his dinner some time after 8pm. I just cant believe they do business like this. If I could give a negative number of stars I would... I guess Google gives one star just for them answering the phone amd taking the order.

Paid and ordered for a steak Stromboli. Received a small very very burnt Stromboli with peppers. Poor customer service trying to get it corrected. Won't eat here again!
Updated review, really enjoyed this place, came here at least once a week for maybe 4-5 years. Ordered a 30 piece wing last night and fries, they messed up the order and changed me for a 30 piece but gave us a 20 piece wing. When we called and told them they said they can make another 10 piece and it would be ready in 20 minutes. Well I'm not going to eat fries and 20 wings that have been sitting for 40 minutes so I told them I want an all new order of fries and 30 wings. The owner said that they wouldn't do it because "they just can't throw out 20 perfectly good wings" . So I got my money back and will never order from here again. A loyal customer since the first day they opened and they don't give a s*** enough to make new wings on an order they screwed up on.

We probably order for delivery weekly, so we're obviously big fans. Food generally arrives prior to the estimated delivery time. The folks taking the order are always polite and patient, and always make sure to provide you with the exact cost of your order prior to delivery. The young delivery drivers are extremely polite.
