Empanada was crunchy and flavorful. Brisket sammich was mouth watering, not too fatty &the coleslaw balanced the sammich perfectly! French fries were excellent - CRISPY & CRUNCHY. &the corn bread was amazing! All around delicious food. Will be back for more!

Ordered catering based on customer reviews. Never tried it before serving it at a party. I called the week before and the person on the phone was super sweet and accommodating and took the order and worked out a pick up time with us. The food was hot and ready to go and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. The sauce was perfectly sweet and tangy and perfect consistency to hang on the meat. Im so happy we tried them and will order again. Ive tried a couple other bbq places in the area snd they did not stand up to Big Pinks! Thank you!

This was a food truck that was located in between a strip mall and doctor's office. They had a number of typical BBQ options along with some other intriguing and unique choices. The service was friendly as the order was placed. The prices were also very fair and reasonable. I went with The Big Pink sandwich ($15). It came with pulled chicken, pulled pork, and sausage links on an onion roll with 4 cheese Italian cheese with onion rings. This was a very large sandwich clocking in around just under a pound and a half. The key to this sandwich was surprisingly the presence of the onion rings. It provided a much-needed crunch to the meaty sandwich. All of the meats were tasty with lots of flavor. My only issue was the lack of sauce. I needed to add their homemade BBQ sauce to the sandwich, which made it that much better. Will I go back? I would.

Big shoutout to Big Pinks BBQ for having exactly what I wanted to satisfy my BBQ craving. We got a variety of meats to try: Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Chicken and St Louis Ribs. Their sides are also amazing: Cheesy Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw and Cornbread. We got two of the 2 Meat Platters to be able to try some different options.Legit BBQ is not easy to find in the Northeast but Big Pinks definitely knows what they are doing! They close kind of early in the evening so be sure that you order before they close if you want to have this for dinner. I ordered through Uber Eats and it arrived on-time and well-packaged.

Had a big get together planned for Sept. 3, decided to try Big Pink's due to the large number of positive reviews, and curiosity to try as they are located so close. Over 20 guests invited. Big Pink showed up EARLY to drop off order which included: 2 pans of Pulled Pork along with 2 different types of Signature sauces, 2 pans of their Mac & Cheese, 2 pans of Cheesy Potatoes, a pan of Burnt Ends (about 4 lbs.) a pan of cornbread, a LARGE pan of ribs (which had both Baby Back & St. Louis style, which has more meat), bags of rolls, a LARGE package of plastic flatware, paper plates & napkins. Let me just say, that along with their professional service, the food was AMAZING! Our guests were raving! Me and my mom included! Even days later, leftovers STILL amazing! The Mac & Cheese is NOT the usual, extremely delicious & cheesy. VERY CRAVABLE! Cheesy potatoes were fantastic! More of a creamy, cheese flavored sauce than actual cheese, but still AWESOME! Pulled Pork along with the burnt ends & ribs are AWESOME as well! WILL DEFINITELY order again & HIGHLY recommend!

I ordered the brisket sammich, slaw on the side, fries, and a grape soda. The only reason I ordered slaw on the side because I usually dislike slaw. But this slaw was so good I instantly added it to my sandwich. My sandwich was tender and packed with meat. The amount of fries I received was worth 5 bucks. The bbq sauce is so yummy! My only complaint is my grape soda wasn’t ice cold but I will def be back!

I've eaten there a few times. I've had the ribs, burnt ends, brisket and pork belly all were very good. I will be going there for years to come. I hope they do well and make lots of money!!!

Absolutely fantastic BBQ. Ordered wide range of meals with coworkers for a luncheon. Pork belly was melt in your mouth. 4 stars only because my order was missing my order of burnt ends. Got cold corn bread instead. Bit of a damper, but everything else in everyone else's order was fine.

Such a hidden gem! Amazing brisket and the burnt ends are the best I have ever had, all in their homemade BBQ sauce. I get it by the lb and it still only lasts a day or two!

Outstanding food! Best BBQ ever

Next to House of Wong! Love their combos..Takes awhile as it is fresh. We rotate what we get and usually get the 4 meat combo. I recommend it

The jury is still out. I need to sample more from the menu. I ate the brisket, corn bread, coleslaw and lime rice.
