My experience with this bakery was the most amazing amazing and very heartfelt as well as the very talented baker did an amazing cake for my grandmother, and also included a piece of my mom who recently passed a symbol of her. I highly recommend this bakery to everyone and anyone, she is absolutely talented. Amazing customer service and truly listens to exactly what you want and your vision you want she gets it on point. Not to mention everything was so fresh a delicious you couldn’t even tell it was for made for diabetic. I’m so happy definitely going back!!!Dietary restrictions: She can make a cake made with Splenda an Safe for diabetic's

The cupcakes and cookies are delicious. I'm excited to come back this weekend and try something new. Also the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I asked last minute if they could make me a half dozen gender reveal cupcakes to surprise my husband this was right around the holidays too. They handled it so lovely and came through quickly. They helped make a beautiful moment even more special... and super delicious!

I ordered a $4 cheese Danish. When I bit into it, it was stiff like it was from the previous day. I took it back and let them know and chose a $3 cherry muffin that was dry and stuck to the paper wrapping. The girl at counter never offered to refund the difference. I told her to keep it as a tip. In hind site tips are good service so should've taken the refund. I won't be back.

A-MAZ-ING! They make so many great things here I don’t see anywhere else, egg custards that taste fantastic, a variety of mini pies, breads, loaves, cupcakes, cookies, and basically anything else you could possibly want. It’s all great, high quality baked goods. Showed up here last week and excited I did. I even showed up yesterday looking for the mini egg custards tarts but the owner doesn’t make them until Thursday so she let me pre-order them along with two mini pumpkin pies and gave me a call the next day when they were fresh out the oven and ready to go. Love this place and the service

I can’t express how amazing this bakery is! Best service, best tasting cakes/pastries, and affordable. They made our wedding cake and we went back for our baby shower cake. They will be away during our baby shower, so we have to go somewhere else and I don’t want to!!! Couldn’t recommend them any more. Go here!

We ordered a last minute cake for my daughters 2nd birthday party this past January. The owner was so kind and noted the exact type of design and flavors we were looking for. The cake was made beautifully and was absolutely perfect for the party. I have to give this a 5 star rating but I wish I could rate higher especially for the taste. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and melt in your mouth texture. This was the best cake we've ever had and that too for a toddler's birthday party! I look forward to many more celebrations in the future to give this bakery some more business. They deserve it!

I ordered this cake for my daughter’s cake smash. It was exactly what I was looking for and photographed beautifully. Added bonus was that is also tasted great! They were able to accommodate my order on short notice and recreated the picture I provided perfectly. Really great experience!

ATTENTION DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE I would like to say this, Bridgewater Bakery is a joke. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I use to work at the bridgewater bakery and let me tell you, everything is fake and store bought. My mother and I use to go to the bridgewater bakery almost every week after I got out of school to get something sweet, but that was when the old owner Donna owned the bakery. Donna was amazing and you truly got what you were paying for. But the new owner Emilia is absolutely a total j**** I got a job at the Bridgewater Bakery, I worked for Emilia for 6 months. Emilia use to pick her favorites when it came to her workers and I wasn't one of her favorites, I am 16 years old and I guess because I was the youngest working at the bakery everyone thought it was ok to pick on me and Emilia use to pick on me and talk about me behind my back, it's shocking that a 40 something year old women would take more time talking trash about a 16 year old then trying to fix her bakery. But while working at the bakery I had also found out the lies about bridgewater bakery as well. Emilia doesn't make half of the stuff she sells, including the donuts, apple sticks, danishes, bread and etc. she bought it from another bakery and resold it for a higher price. Emilia also never followed the health code either, there's rat traps everywhere in that place that are hidden and she refused to have a health inspector at the bakery. The fillings that are used for pies,cakes and etc are store bought from Walmart. She does not make the filling at all, The reasoning as to why the cakes and cupcakes are so dry is because Emilia will make massive amounts of "dough" for the cakes and will leave it in the freezer for months and will only make a fresh batch when the old one runs out. And for the cupcakes the cupcakes stay in the show case for weeks and will not get restocked until they run out either. For thanksgiving "Emilia made" mini pies (they were store bought may I add) and did not refrigerate them, so they grew mold on them, that day some guy had bought a mini pie and underneath that pie was the one with mold on it. Emilia saw the mold and got mad at me and said "your lucky no one bought that because you would have been in deep trouble" as if it was my fault. There is many more hidden secrets about the bakery so please folks don't spend your money here. I always wanted to help the bakery, and always had new ideas for the bakery but she never wanted to take my ideas. I was treated absolutely disgusting when I was working here and then got fired for sticking up for myself. May I add that she payed me under the table and I also never got paid the right amount of money I earned. I was paid in cash so it wasn't taxes!
