Don’t know what that Bob guy is talking about below me. The food is great and it’s at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend going to this establishment you will enjoy your food. Spending $360 on a family of five at a restaurant is considered a good deal plus ordering alcohol not sure if that was a genuine review . check out Maggiano’s it’s worth it. Steak and mashed potatoes, one of my favorites!

I will never go back here and I will make sure I tell other people not to go back ad well. Over the years the service here got worse. They hired younger children to be waiters/waitresses the servers in the front are ghetto underclassed and disrespectful. I went there on a Monday night. I drove an hour to get there. Upon arrival I asked to sit in a booth because I have children. We waited 38 minutes for a booth. While we watched everyone else go over to the bar area and get seated while we still waited for our booth because there "wasn't one available". There was a party of 6 named tucker and they went from the dining room to the bar. The server helped them move and looked at us like we weren't waiting 38 minutes to be seated. We asked for an update and there was none. We walked out, I called the resturant to explain my frustration and the manager said "too bad" and hung up on me. To think I have tipped there shifty waiters $40 plus to think I spent thousands if dollars I'm this place. This resturant is a joke and there food is something you can make at home. They don't even fresh make the pasta it's boxed.A joke of a resturant and I will never be back

Excellent service, once seated you wait and want for nothing. Excellent management, Server's and Runner's meet and exceed your needs before you know you have a need.Parking: Saturday nights the closest lots are packed but if you're willing to wait 2 minutes spots open up. If you're willing to walk there's plenty of parking.

My husband and I ordered takeout. We had one appetizer (the Spinach & Artichoke Al Forno dip)…it was inedible. The online menu picture shows a nice toasted top of the dip where it appears that the Parmesan cheese is browned in the broiler. Given that ours was takeout (in plastic containers), our dip was not broiled/browned at all. Instead a LARGE amount of grated Parmesan cheese was simply dumped on top. The dip tasted awful…we think from the grated cheese. We couldn’t eat it…that was a waste of $19.45 (Incl Tax & Tip). I would suggest that if the dish needs to be broiled, invest in some aluminum take out dishes so that the food can be prepared appropriately….but, honestly, I don’t think broiling that dip would have helped. The other dishes we ordered were OK. The chicken piccata was very tasty, but had only a VERY small amount of sautéed spinach in it…for $30.40, I expected more. Mom’s lasagna was very tasty. The Maggiano’s house salad was as advertised with bacon, blue cheese, and red onion….although I remember when it was made with prosciutto instead of bacon and used to taste SO MUCH better. We ordered the entree size to split it. I wasn’t impressed with the size for the price of $20. Lastly, there was no bread included with our order despite it being checked off on our receipt…which gives you a false sense of security that everything is included in your order.
