We got the Birria tacos and they were VERY good. My fiancé and I were in Miami a few months ago and would go to the food truck daily for this. We were sad coming back to jersey and have missed it but now we found this truck which is amazing. We are excited to have it close to home. Will most likely be here weekly !

Do yourself a favor and order the birra tacos. Quite literally the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had in my life. They are flavorful, indulgent and perfect. My husband and I love it here. Regular tacos are great too! 10/10 would recommend.

There is nothing to not like about Mama Estella's food truck. The food is excellent - fresh, hot, and tasty. The guacamole is sooooooo good, I would definitely recommend taking extra. I also recommend their chips which are crunch supreme! The folks who run it are abundantly friendly. Trust me - you'll leave there with a smile on your face and rich, flavorful dish in your hands. It does get a tiny bit expensive but penny for penny, it is THE best Mexican cuisine you can get.Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian and they are amenable to adjust and customize your order to fit your dietary preference. I especially love the pickled jalapenos!Parking: It's on the corner of a warehouse parking lot. You'll find plenty of parking at any given time.

Great birria, guac, and al pastor tacos. On a scale of 1 to 10 their birria tacos are about a 7. The crunch of the fried tortilla is unexpectedly good and the cheese is more of a mozzarella type. The flavor of the consomme is probably the best part. Dont forgot to ask for the spicy salsa, which I believe is made with chile de arbol. Very respectable take on birria.
