Very disappointing all around. I ordered a chicken marsala and side salad with no onions (due to an allergy). My food arrived over 40 minutes late, without silverware (although, I did request it in 2 places) and both dishes were smothered in onions and therefore, inedible.

The food is decent but dealing with the people at the counter is painful. Things aren't ready and they've got no care at all for the customer, you'll be standing at the counter while they answer the phone 3 times and assemble someone else's meal that's still incomplete acting like you at the counter are an annoyance.Have dealt with them for my own food and for delivery services and had as much as 20 minute waits where I ended up just leaving empty handed. Either because my own food would be too late or that other orders have to get done professionally and I've had to unassign an order because after 20 minutes I've found out they didn't even start the order yet despite saying 10 minutes twice, costing me any pay for my effort and time.

It's good when its fresh my next review well be on a frssh pie .. hoping to see 6 to 8 in personal pies cheap and affordable.. it's a struggle to eat fresh and healthy under 10 a day for lunch..Was gonna give 3 stars but even hungery I tossed this 4 to 5 hour old pizza and I was hungry.Do something new make small personal pies. Easy solution for food quality during slower business. Disappointed customers or displaying old pizza is just as bad compared to waste.If you dont like my review i dont care..least it's only one review.
I’m not sure what’s being going on lately but the last couple times we have ordered it’s been horrible. Ordered a caesar salad with chicken and there was salmon in my salad. Owner made right by giving us credit but still…luckily I don’t have a fish allergy because that could’ve been a lawsuit. Ordered penne vodka and got a raging stomach ache. The pasta was extremely mushy and over cooked. We will be giving this place a break for a while. I really love their Caesar salad and house dressing but it’s not cheap food and I feel the quality is starting to lack for what you’re paying.

Gnocchi is literal mush and totally messed up sandwich. Also an actual garlic clove was found on one of the sandwiches… like how does that happen (clearly deliberate after we had to go back and get the right sandwiches). Management has gotten real bad
