Too much sugar in the mango chicken - no actual mango. Don’t go here for authentic Thai food - this is like Panda Express with the word Thai instead of

I had wonton noodle soup. The wonton itself tastes like sausage and very salty. Do not order wonton soup.

There’s something special about this place especially since it’s just a mall food court spot. First off, every item on the menu is delicious every single time. There seems to be no variance in how fresh or tasty the food is depending on the time of day or day of the week. Portion size to cost ratio is dialed as well. Ruby thai is a total hidden gem that I will personally be ordering from time and time again ??

Found sharp bones in random pieces of the pineapple grilled chicken.

They do not provide a courtesy cup of water, seriously I don't understand what is the big deal to provide a cup of tap water

Surprisingly tasty with very generous portions. We needed to grab a quick meal before our movie and found this gem in the food court. Bubble tea and thai iced tea were really good and so much cheaper than the bubble tea places in the mall. Food was made fresh and hot. Loved having the choice to have spicy vs non-spicy.

Please be careful when ordering your food. today I ordered an egg roll and they gave me a shrimp roll. I'm allergic to shrimp, and I went back to the establishment and they said that the egg rolls have shrimp, when I looked at the menu there are only shrimp rolls and spring rolls. I'm upset of the unprofessionalist the servers had since they heard me ask for 'egg roll' and they do not reassure me of the rolls they offer .. they just assumed to give me a shrimp roll. Disappointed on the way the 2 servers looked at each other like they knew they were wrong, they just didn't care. In my part I should've looked carefully at the menu, but as a server you should give and say the options you have. just be careful in general on what you ask, thank you!

Not sure of all the negative reviews, but my chicken and broccoli with rice was excellent the chicken was cooked perfectly, it was flavorful, and it was huge chunks. That with a water only cost me $11.60, it was the best money I’ve spent in a long time?

I ordered a chicken fried rice (I assumed it would be Thai style given its name) but it came as a Japanese style . Fried rice itself was fine but not exactly what I was looking for.
