I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past year and all 3 times we sat at the bar and not a single bartender even acknowledged we were there for 10-15 minutes. And it wasn’t busy any of the times I went. It’s takes forever to get a drink or someone to take your order. It feels very cliquey where the only people that get served at the bar know the bartenders. Anybody else is treated like you’re invisible. It’s almost like the bartenders could not care less that you’re there or about making tips. The most recent time I went, we sat at the bar for 15 minutes and nobody even noticed we were there. So we left for another bar. Will not be coming back to this place again. Plenty of other good options around.

Last night was our second trip to Tommy’s and again, another great night. Food always comes out fast and never disappoints with flavor. We had the loaded nachos, corn beef egg rolls from the specials menu, a cali burger and the arugula salad. We also tried the mango mojito and the strawberry smash and everything was great! Or server was attentive and got us everything we needed but every time he came by, he always left empty handed. He would get us refills and take our main course but never took glasses, despite our empty glasses being the trigger to ask us for more beverages. He grabbed the appetizer plates about 15 minutes after we got our main course despite us finishing the apps before the burger and salad came out. We also managed to still have our menus after paying the check.I still left a great tip but I’m keeping my review at 4 stars because management could have done a better job in training and picking up the slack throughout the night. We were stuck in the back room behind the bar and despite the room being filled majority of the time we were there, we never saw management aside from them chatting together in the back as we were walking out. That just left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately…Dietary restrictions: My wife has every major allergy with a high sensitivity to cross contamination and we haven’t had any issues coming here!

I went here for the first time yesterday. I was with 4 females. As soon as the waiter came to us he said how can I help you guys. I said this is my pet peeve. Please don’t call us Guys we are 4 born females. He said ok got it. As he was standing there. I smelled an odor coming from him. I tried to shake it off. I asked my sisterdo you smell that. She said yes. She said maybe it was a hard day. I said but he smells like a dirty wet dog.. So every time he came to our table. I held my breath. He said GUYS 8 times while we were there Never said Ladies, Women, Females. The Bussers’ who brought out our food each time addressed us as ladies.. The food was good. Bad thing every time he came to our table his body odor was ruining it. My alcoholic drink tasted like juice. Several drinks I picked off menu was unavailable..

Have had Happy Hour here a few times, food at the bar is ok, not great, not terrible, drinks are usually good, decent pour, and service is very good at the bar, even when busy ... which is most evenings that I've been there.
