Worst service ever. When I gave my order the girl was talking on her cell phone with the speaker phone on. She expected me to speak over whoever she was talking to. I went ahead and gave her my order and went to the restroom. I checked my receipt and saw she didn't charge me for oatmilk. I indicated to the woman behind the counter that my drink was made incorrectly, I had asked for oatmilk and could they please remake it. She refused telling me, "sorry your drink is already made." The girl that took my order came over and shouted,"NOT MY FAULT!". I just told them to keep the drink and walked on out. Won't ever be visiting here again.

The most unfriendly dunking donuts in New Jersey. The stay was rude and seemed annoyed that we wanted to spend money there. The bathrooms that are male/female and are right there on the customer side but are for employee use only...how do you have food and coffee of all beverages for sale and then not have bathroom access?

Ordered online but when I got there order was ready, but person at pickup just walked away and never acknowledged me. Next person who brought food was about to drop it and run when I stopped them and asked for my order. Why order ahead if you are ignored?
