The food and service is good. The servers are very welcoming and kind. Although i mentioned some really nice things about this location there is one badside. The bathrooms. The bathrooms have a unpleasent odor and although they have tried to freshen up the bathrooms nothing seems to work . Other than that this place is good and that is why it got 4 stars.
Chaotic and slow. If you have dinner and dessert, expect to be there for over an hour and to have your order brought to the table wrong at least once.
This place is disgusting and the staff is careless. We left within 15 minutes of being seated...will never return to this location. We usually go to the one in Cinnaminson and never have a problem but we wanted to go on an adventure tonight... boy, was that a mistake. We were seated promptly... right next to a family with young children. Normally this isn't a problem because our kids are normally with us but not tonight and I found it odd that she would seat a couple in their 30's next to a family with several kids, instead of the older couple on the other side of the joint.... but whatever. We order our drinks and they come back pretty quick... but my coffee cup was dirty and had lipstick on the rim, my boyfriend's "soda with no ice" had tons of ice and my water was cloudy looking. She took the dirty cup (with a sad excuse for an apology) and brought our appetizer. I grab the smaller plate to cut up my appetizer and I notice she left our utensils on the table across from us AND as I look at the smaller plate, I discover that it, too, is dirty. This is the point where we just got up and told our server to cancel the rest of our order and left. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 15 minutes to the Cinnaminson location.
Food is good... 50%off breakfast before noon is a great deal. But service here isn't the most attentive.
Stopped in for a quick meal. Service was a little slow. I could have walked out without paying. I thought it would be easier to place my to go ice cream order at the ice cream counter. WRONG. The gentleman at the counter and the young lady there never acknowledged me because they were too busy with their conversation. My server finally comes to the counter and recognizes it's me and asks am I ready to pay. I tell her I would like to order ice cream. At that point the gentleman at the counter asks my server of the ice cream he was preparing was mine and she replies no. My server says she will be right back she needs her key. A few seconds later another lady appears (whom I believe to be a manager) comes and asks if I need anything. I tell her I would like to order ice cream. She takes my order and allows me to pay my bill. My original server shows up and tells the lady who cashed me out she needs to pull up my bill. The lady who cashed me out tells her that I'm already taken care of. Meanwhile the gentleman making my sundae appears to not be aware that my sundae should have marshmallow sauce according to the menu and when I tell him he adds 1 squirt that barely comes out on top of my whipped cream and cherry. Suggestion: Maybe if the focus was work and customer service my eating would have been higher because there is a lot of potential for the eating to be higher if customer service is improved.
