This is the 5th Vietnamese Pho restaurant we've tried in this area. Every single restaurant claims to be "authentic", Pho Eden is the only Pho I consider authentic that stays true without cutting corners on the broth and brisket. We will definitely be coming here for our pho cravings.

If you’re vegan or Muslim and you want pho, THIS is the spot. Trust me. We tried this spot out and we did not regret it. First of all, because we eat only halal, the server was soo thoughtful when we were ordering our vege pho. She let us know the tofu is fried in the same oil as the meat, and that there would be cross contamination so she recommended we get the vege pho with no fried tofu. The level of thoughtfulness means SO MUCH! we love coming here and we are regulars (she always remembers our order, lol). Pho is consistently good and always hits the spot. Do yourself a favor and try out this magical hidden spot.Ps. The chili oil is really good too! And the bathrooms are extraordinarily clean!

The restaurant is older, but always very clean. Employees are attentive and knowledgeable. I always order spring rolls. Pho, and iced Vietnamese coffee with sweetener. Never had a bad experience.

Been going here for years. It hits every single time!!!I always get the pho with meatballs and flank steak, my sister usually gets chicken and rice, and my partner has tried a variety of the fried rice dishes. The Taro slush boba is my favorite of any boba chain I've ever been to (I get boba a lot).

I popped into Pho Eden for an afternoon lunch and opted for the #301 Chen Bo Vien (meatballs and broth). Since I'm sensitive to MSG, I asked if they add it to their broth. The waiter confirmed they do use MSG but kindly suggested the veggie broth as an MSG-free alternative. I'm grateful for that recommendation, and it saved my day. It's always great when the staff goes the extra mile to accommodate dietary preferences.Even though the veggie broth was a bit too mild for my taste, I'd rather deal with that than the alternative consequences. And the prices are affordable, given what other pho places in the area charge. The ambiance in the restaurant is somewhat different. The music is incredibly relaxing, similar to a spa. It's odd at first, but it could be the perfect setting for those who enjoy a very peaceful dining experience. The dining area is a spacious, open room with tables scattered around. It's easy to imagine that it could get crowded and noisy during peak times. One awkward event in my visit was the portion size. I initially asked for the small, but I felt somewhat pressured into upgrading to the large, as the waiter didn't seem too thrilled with the small order. Later, when my partner wanted to order the small, he seemed to lean towards recommending the large again. Despite this, he was still generally friendly and pleasant.

Nov 2022 updateDecided to take the hour plus drive down with one of my son’s favorite place for pho since we haven’t been here in a while. He was hankering for his favorite Eden Wings and i was hankering for their Calimari. To my surprise the owner had retired. However, these new owners took the food to a new level. Their wings and calimari have changed but is incredibly delicious. I had no regrets making that drive down. The Pho is as good as before. I’ll be back down here again for sure.Best Vietnamese restaurant for miles around. We've been eating there since they first opened over a decade ago. We have since moved an hour and a half north but if we have a hankering for Vietnamese food, we will gladly make the long drive down.

The food was okay at best but the attitude of the staff was terrible. The waiter acted as if I was there to receive charity. If you don't like your job then quit. I felt like I visited a soup kitchen. I wanted to walk out but didn't want to be rude. Will never go back again.
