Venue 104 also has great vendor connections for linens, backdrops, and more, which made planning even easier. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, the space, and the exceptional staff.

We hosted my wife's graduation dinner here, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Franco & staff were so helpful, and caring. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and not to mention the food was incredible. We did a sit down dinner for 30 people. The space could have easily held more comfortably. The process from start to finish was made very simple with an online portal they use. I definitely will be having another event here.

The best place to host a private party! We held my son’s first birthday here over the weekend and the food, room and location were phenomenal. There was an expansive menu to select from and the buffet style / self serve worked well with guests. The room was big enough to comfortably bit our 50 guests and a 10ftx8ft ball pit. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful with set up, clean up and everything in between. Being located next to a huge parking lot and street parking make it easy for guests as well. I can’t wait to host my next event here.

I was. a guest with my partner at a first communion on 5/4 ,what a wonderful event ,my first time there and was so pleased with the attentive staff ,owner Franco and the delicious food ,the antipasto was to die for ! A Special day at a very nice place !!!!!
We had our daughter’s communion dinner there and everything went perfectly. The food was delicious and the dessert/pastries were very good as well. But above all the servers went above and beyond to assist with any issues or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place for any events.

We had food allergies to deal with and they were great about giving us excellent food choices. Franco is such a great guy! Julianne was a great host and really took care of everyone! Suzana was wonderful to deal with in the planning stages. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend them!!! Hands down a great experience!

Franco and crew do an amazing job. We have had 3 parties at Venue 104 and each time we come out more impressed. Whether it was working with my family/wife about her baby shower or working with me for our daughter’s 1st birthday the staff makes the process easy. My favorites are the stuffed sole with crabmeat and baked manicotti. Our guests are still raving about the homemade chocolate chips from dessert. We couldn’t recommend more highly our experiences with Franco and Venue 104!

And anyone with a picky baby knows that is saying something!

From the moment we contacted them to plan the event, settle the details, through the entire celebration, and up until we left the venue, everything exceeded our expectations.
