The food was delicious! The root beer float and strawberry lemonade were awesome. The service was excellent. We will definitely be coming here every time we visit family.

I've had quite a few things off the menu here at Pops. I actually would give it 3.5 Stars. It is good but nothing special. I'm sorry pops but your chopped cheese is not even in the same league as a cheesesteak which you claim is better. We don't even have good cheesesteaks in this area and they're still better. Also I've had better chopped cheese in our area. You can't compare steak to ground meat, and your hot dog bun isn't even been in the same league as the Italian bread we get on the East Coast. I would still recommend this place and even the chopped cheese. But come on Pops really better than she's steak.

The people here are very kind. The food was okay. I feel it was lacking a bit of seasoning. I had the hotdog which was fine for a plain hotdog. I had the smash burger which didn’t really seem like a smash burger. Their home sauce was good but the actual burger could have used a bit more salt. And the fries were okay. They do have a lot of other things on the menu to try.

This was a dordash order. 1st and last time ordering here. Ordered a cheese steak combo. The food tasted good bot for almost $16 I would of received more food from a McDonald's happy meal. That cheese steak was tiny more like a slider. What a rip off

Breakfast sandwich was delicious. On Saturday mornings they have classic cars and coffee. Met a lot of nice people this morning. The owner, Freddie, was very nice.
Such great food, surprised no one is in parking lot. Food was fresh and fantastic. We are very picky people and this was really good. Food definitely will be back high-quality and super fresh and very reasonable.

Wow, what an amazing place to grab a quick bite. The food was delicious, and this location had a very welcoming atmosphere!
It's an American grill style restaurant with professional employees and delicious condiments available. Plenty of seating, shared bathroom on site, napkins, paper menus, and straws. What a phenomal treat in Rockaway NJ; they also have extra-curricular activities posted, and the hours of operation are clearly stated.
Can't wait to come back next time for another visit, 10/10 would recommend!!!

Freddie is amazing! I parked about a year ago, had work stuff to do before going in. He came out to see if I was Ok. He was genuinely worried! I've only ever gotten the hot dogs, well done, mustard, ketchup, chili, onions. Their hot dog onions rock, so now I get them too. Monday I got the Smash burger all the way, WOW! I'm a huge fan of the food and tell everyone about Pop's Place. Fries are good too. Friendly staff, excellent food, great prices.
