Here now and the turkey wings weren't cooked all the way. I had the vegetable platter, Macaroni and cheese was gummy, Cabbage not seasoned. Host was not happy of our complaints. We have to do better.

Delicious oxtail, cabbage, Lima beans, butterfly shrimp, yellow rice, and Mac and cheese. The service was top notch. It’s easily one of the top 3 restaurants in Union Township! Just remember to BYOB.

Okay I can day food was good. But from what I see on the reviews and menu you should receive cornbread.... I didn't get any! When I tried to order on Uber eats no sides came up, so they did help me wot us9ng the notes! But I did ask for utensils and napkins (I just moved here) and they sent me NONE!! And tbh do u know how hard it is to eat TURKEY CHOPS WIT NO KNIFE!! I TRIED ATO CALL THEM TOO! I feel they didn't answer cause they new it was me from caller i.d...wat a shame cus I am a good customer from Uber eats when I find a place I like!?!?.... well thank u for the good meal it was delish but a few things u guys didn't just terrible I'm sorry! And I work for restaurants but I would never not answer phone for a customer!

I ordered for the first time today. I purchased the whiting and shrimp and chips combo to go. It states on their menu that it comes with 5 shrimp but I only got 4. Not a good first impression.

So glad to be able to eat out without wondering if my card & food us being tampered with. We gotvthis referral from a friend..the Gilliams..So glad we had mentioned going out to eat. Its a small but place that hold up to 24 in the front but their back room appears to hold another 24 equipped with 2 long tables. The host was very warm & nice. They had a guest that was waiting for his food & it looked delicious when delivered...Fried fish & potatoesalad...It was a quiet night not a lot going on just the game playing & staff. Food came not a long wait but that was ok because my husband wanted his Catfish hot and it was with a really light fluffy waffle. I had the Turkeywings, lima beans, mac& cheese. cornbread. Waiter did allow hubby to same bleackeyepeas & Lima beans and he really enjoyed that. We look forward tovreturning.. Our host was able to give us a tour & Back history as to how of this came about..So happy for them with balancing out life which can be hard at times..But Jeh makes makes it possible when you take him into consideration of any plans...Hope to see you all soon with many more friends...

Eating at Soul food factory was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and hot. The owners are very friendly. It's nice to see a family continue their parents legacy.
Soul Food Factory is a must try! A friend and I stopped in this past Saturday. Everything about this establishment was a great experience. The customer service, food, atmosphere, and cleanliness was remarkable. I highly recommend this eatery!

The owner is not very welcoming. The website has one price listed but the restaurant has higher prices listed. The chicken taste burnt and like the oil was old. The greens were too dry. And the Mac and cheese had burnt pieces in it and wasn’t fresh. I’m disappointed I wasted 17 bucks on this.
