The food is great but the service trash. Get someone who knows how to answer the phone. They ask you to hold and take other orders while your on the phone. You can hear the laughing and talk with the customers, while you get ignored on the phone. I waited for 15 min on hold and hung up. For a deli that relies on phone orders you don't know what your doing. I guess only the walk in people count I mean it not like I don't spend money there, I order for 5 and drop 70 to 80 dollars at a time. This happens all the time, not just once.

I commute in from NYC twice a week for work, and regularly come here for lunch. It's amazing every time. When I have friends and family visit from out of town, I make sure to take them here. Service is quick and friendly, food is delicious. Always get one of their tuna fixes on the ciabatta - not that the white bread isn't good but I love the ciabatta. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, hearty sandwich. <3
