Around the Clock Diner

I loved this place. Food was excellent and perfectly cooked. I had steak and eggs and we also had the salmon sesame salad. Both great and the price was reasonable. Even the coffee was excellent. The atmosphere is very clean and modern with high ceilings, comfortable booths, great Diner atmosphere. Our wiater (Jay I think his name was) was great, didn't rush us and was very attentive. The food here is as good as any Diner in NJ, and I've been to many. Highly recommended

Significantly below average place. This place is masking itself as a diner, but the food is worse than any deli. We sort of just stopped here because the baby was hungry.

Slow service, unless you have small picky children there's just way too many other great places to eat at American Dream to waste your money here. It's not even like the food came fast, and then when it did come it wasn't even hot.

Very very bland, had my date taste my food just to make sure it wasn't just me. Might be good for people who can't handle a lot of flavor/seasoning though.

Skip this place.
The service was non existent.

Once seated the server didn’t show until 10 minute after. We were asked for our drinks, 15 minutes passed and we were asked for our dinner order. Server skipped into main course without asking us for any appetizers. Still no drinks.

A quick visit to the bathroom that looks like it belongs in a biker bar and my mind was made up that I just wanted to leave.

To my mistake we ordered anyway and got our food first, drinks second, never had that before at a restaurant. 40 minutes later.

The server never came around.
After our dinner order I saw him walking around and speaking to other servers, never acknowledge us and then he vanished.

What looked to be a cleaning lady took over and attended us in the end. The server never showed again and at this point I really wanted to leave this place. I did my due diligence and asked the lady for the check and left her a small tip.

Even if you’re hungry, avoid this place.

It’s a mall, plenty of other choices.

We had no wait to get a table which was good, however the utensils were dirty. The restaurant was empty and yet the server ignored our call when we needed assistance with getting our food to go.

Big menu for a diner in a big mall. We were happily surprised by the taste and portions of the meals. I got the Lucy Burger and my wife got Eggs Benedict. The prices were very reasonable. If we come back to this insane mall, we will eat here again.
