Very helpful workers, the 2 young men. I had the gummy bear ice and vanilla custard. Ritas is literally my favorite.

The only reason I come to this store is for the strawberry custard and every time I come to this store they say the machine will be fixed soon. It has been over 10 months and the machine is still not fixed. Please do something about this.

Great Italian ice, only issue I have with it is price- though in reality it’s not too bad, it just feels wrong spending more than a few dollars on Italian ice

Service was great and was able to give us what we asked but what lacked was the communication because as I was ordering he didn’t even bothered asking for what size we wanted though it’s his job to do so, but overall he gaved us a small and though I wanted a large I didn’t even bothered to ask since I was already unsatisfied.

Standard Rita's experience. Nice folks working with all the standard flavors. Not the greatest seating area in a busy road though.
