Horrible horrible service. We placed an order online and they canceled the order saying they were out of fries… Shack Shake was out of fries? Ok. If you don’t want to make an order and deliver because it’s 1 hr to closing time, update your closing hour.

I swear the price they charge for their menu items someone definitely DROPPED BALL . ASKED FOR SINGLE CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON N PICKLE ONLY. .INSTEAD I GOT FULLY LOADED LETT, TOM which I can't eat, N SAUCE WHICH I HATE SMEARED ALL OVER N THE. BURGER WAS BARELY ON BUN N LOOKED LIKE WAS IN 3 PIECES BECAUSE SOMEONE MUTILATED IT ON GRILL OM TOP OF THAT MY WIFE GOT A Double asked for SAME WAY N WASNT PROPERLY PREPARED.gotta take paper towel n wipe off sauce remove tomatoes . On top asked for 3 sides of cheese sauce n 1 side of shake sauce. I checked bag I should of checked burgers because was missing a. Cheese n shack sauce . .listen if you want to be out done by McDonalds your on your way . .we paid 35$ for 2 burger n 2 fries ,2small drinks n only thing right was fries because I went for DrPepper n it was all ciLear water so had to dump n choose something else. I HAVE BEEN TO REST STOP STORE IN WALL WITH ONE PERSON WORKING REGISTER N BAGGING N Never HAD ISSUE .I looked behind where shakes are made n there were physically empty cups all over . It honestly looked like no one manages the store or trains people $35 wasted dollars for a stomach ache ,anger,and shame because live so far away that take me 20 mm in to be drive back THANKS FOR ONE OF THE POOREST EXPERIENCES I EXPECT SERVICE AT THAT MUCH MONEY TO BE TOP NOTCH .BOTTOM OF THE PITS. . Very long wait time. Store allows animals, which is unhygienic and unsafe. Animal that was allowed was NOT a service animal. I asked the owner and he clearly stated that he just likes to have his dog.The fries were excellent and soda refills are great. Store had this game that allowed customers to pass the time while waiting.Tables are placed too closely with each other and it should be further apart due to social distancing guidelines and the spread of COVID.I did not see employees clean or wipe down the surface of any table. I did see customers doing it!

Usually great service, and always great food. One time was ignored and left waiting while a group of 5-6 associates talked amongst themselves and I was literally the only one in there coming after work. I waited about 5 minutes until I was acknowledged and helped.

Cheese sauce on fries was sparse and also meh.Chocolate milkshake was thick and chocolatey, but forgettable and overpriced to boot.We ate in and had to clean our own table as they were all dirty. I don't think anyone working there is tasked with it. That was a negative.Try for yourself though. I know people that crave their burgers.

Was there Tuesday before Thanksgiving having a meal with my girlfriend. I asked the waitress who is the grill chef was/grill cook. She told me a gentleman name T.O. I would like to say that this man created a magnificent meal for my girlfriend and myself and there should be more grill cooks and chefs and people that work in kitchens and establishments like this one with people who take passion in what they do for a living. Mr T. O Hats off to you.

Slamming burgers. The Shake double and chocolate fudge milkshake were excellent. Fries were crispy and tasty. The chicken tenders were good too, wasn't a fan of the breading though. Try the apple cider!

Service is always good and I have had the burger and chicken sandwich with fries and half and half drink. My daughter said the shakes are good too! The half and half is bangin!

Everything we ordered came out wrong and so so greasy. My daughter got a hot dog and it looked like they dipped it in butter before serving it. The roll was saturated. My burger came with the incorrect toppings. I failed to mention we spent $60 on garbage.
This place is entirely overrated. The Wait for the food is ridiculous. Just a bunch of impatient hungry people standing around waiting for their paper bags of food. My burger was undercooked, and for some strange reason I detected a mint flavor in the cheese for the fries. The girl had to swipe my credit card information at least five times Due to machine failure.
