It's been a while since I remembered it, so I came here and the person taking my order at the counter was very unfriendly. I can't give the service even 1 point.

Chicken has a weird after taste and overpriced for the food quality , never coming here again unless I need to sue for food poisoning.

I can't say much that hasn't already been said before. The food is excellent, crispy and hot and delicious. I am particularly fond of the Soy Garlic and Galbi boneless thighs which are melt-in-your-mouth exquisite. Onion rings are "okay", nothing special but still tasty. The fried dumplings are excellent and can be a meal by itself. The one sincere complaint I do have, and the reason for the low "service" rating and the missing fifth star overall, is this: They don't label their food. I often order as part of a group (lunch at work) so we'll order several different varieties, and every time we have to spend several minutes figuring out whose chicken is whose. Sure, some of them are obvious but a lot of them are not; I challenge anyone to discern between Secret Spicy, Hot Spicy, and Spicy Galbi based on sight and smell alone. To me, this just reeks of laziness on behalf of the restaurant. Literally all they need to do is keep a permanent marker next to the packing station and write the contents on each box. If every other restaurant can do this, why can't they? Once they start marking the boxes with the contents I'll happily bump this to five stars, but until then.....

This is my go-to chicken spot! I always go for the boneless chicken and favorite flavors are cheesling, gangjeong, spicy galbi. The radishes are a great compliment. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and so delicious!! It takes 20-30 mins per order so call ahead for pick-up or order before you shop in Lotte.

Worst fried chicken place ever, their chicken is like it was overnight very hard and stale, and the price not worth it ?

My daughter mentioned that she wanted Korean fried chicken after work yesterday so I ventured back down to Edison in this horrible weather to give bb.q a try. I had visited Lotte Supermarket before for general shopping but did not realize there was a food court in the back. The chicken was pricey but well worth it. The wings were rather large and the flavors spot on. Not pictured are the Diablo wings I bought for myself. Crispy and extremely spicy but not to the point where you can't enjoy the flavor. They have a new customer in me.

Crispy nice flavor ? chicken is pretty damn good brings a different texture and flavor to the cooking game.
Received a 10% off coupon for the location's 4th year anniversary so I placed a pickup order for dinner over the weekend. The order was ready on time and packaged well so nothing spilled or tipped over. We ordered the golden olive and secret spicy half and half whole chicken and galbi wings. For sides, we got the cheeseballs, curly fries, and pickled radishes. The website didn't state that the pickled radishes were included with each order of chicken so we ended up paying an extra $2 for more pickled radish we didn't need. Not the end of the world but it could probably be better marked. Normally we'd assume they would be included but the times being what they are... lol. All the chicken and sides were good. The secret spicy didn't seem to have any spice which was a little disappointing but the chicken still tasted good. Galbi wings were a pleasant surprise. Would order again!

The golden olive chicken that I had today was soooo fishy. Tasted like a fish.I had this chicken a week ago and it tasted like a fish again.I learned it by spending $50+ on these and I'm never having this again. Very bad quality of chicken.

Rude customer service. I paid about $60 for 1 whole chicken and 20 bone in wings. (Includes tax and standard 10% tip when you order online) At least taste was good.

Whole menu is the absolute best. Crunchy juicy and tender chicken. The crunch game is on point. Always my go to place for wings and boneless chicken.
