Ordered & pre paid for a pasta dish the other night, Tuesday 1/30/24. One guy was working hard in front, making pizzas, 4 other guys were in back, just goofing off. No customer service skills. They gave me the pasta. I opened it in my car & noticed it was half the portion, & the sauce was not thick. It was runny. It tasted weird, so I didn't finish it. Within minutes, I was nauseated & had the worst stomach ache. I was sick all night. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau & requesting that a food inspector go out there. Be careful. If you order food, watch them make it. I'm never going back. There's other pizza places around town.

Very bad delivery service. Unless you plan to do a pickup DO NOT order for delivery from this place. Twice in a row now had my order delivered almost 1 hr+ from order time. Very unprofessional bad delivery service.

We ordered twice in three months. The first time the pizza was under cooked so we didn't eat it and ended up eating instant noodles for dinner. The second time we ordered was for a get together and the pizzas were so chewy like the dough may be stale or maybe it was cooked for a longer time or baked a whole ago and left on the counter for some time. Our guests were not happy with it and we ended up ordering other food. This was such waste of time and I called twice at the store and it was disconnected after more than 20 minutes of waiting both the times. Disgusting food plus bad service. We are never ordering from here ever again. Seeing only 2.7 stars for over 600 reviews proves my point. The owner has to do something about all the reviews they receive. Such waste of money and time.

Ordered pizza, sandwich 2 wings, lava cake and 2 liter Diet Coke last night. Delivery took 30 minutes, brought wrong drink and there's barely any chicken on pizza and sandwich, literal crumbs of chicken. It's a shame..

Great to bring kids to watch the pizza being made fresh (see pic)! As a chain, this is just an average location, food was a bit lower than average but service was good but location was nice and new! I recently placed an order for a pizza with extra cheese and half beef topping. Unfortunately, when my pizza arrived, I was disappointed to find that it only had 10 pieces of beef spread across 4 slices and there was no extra cheese as I had requested. This was quite underwhelming and left me feeling completely disappointed. On a positive note, I must mention that the delivery driver was very kind and courteous.
