I ordered coffee and a Boston cream donut. He’s got 5 Boston cream donuts, one of which has the chocolate all messed up.The dude proceeds and gives me that one instead of a good one. I decided to not say anything, I’m an adult, and whatever. But now that I eat the donut, it is stale.Dont come here, bad quality.

I wish I could score lower than one star. I have now had four separate issues with the same older woman working at the register. She has made me the wrong coffee three separate times and put cream in there while I’ve made it very clear I can’t have dairy and need oat milk. I had to stop ordering food when she was taking my order because she always messes it up and today I ordered hash browns that I received cold and they were very hard. Clearly left out from a previous day. DO NOT GO HERE. I will drive an extra ten minutes out of my way just to make sure I don’t have to go back.

i don’t think they understand what “less ice” means lmao, i clearly said it during my order but when the worker scooped an ENTIRE literally a WHOLE cup of ice i was flabbergasted and told them to please put less ice, approximately a third of what’s in the cup. she dumped a tinyyyy bit of ice out, and then i asked her to dump more two more times, but there was still a good chunk of ice. until the third time she didn’t even look up at me and just started putting the syrups in, totally and intentionally ignoring me. i was just like whatever at that point. the store didn’t seem to be like this in the past. guess i’m checking off this store to visit in the future :p

We went there before closing time and the guy was already giving us a nasty attitude. He couldn’t seem to understand what was being said to him, making us repeat our order over and over again, with him being agitated each time. When we got the order, we specified that we ordered our drinks with oat milk and he straight out told us that we didn’t order that and that we had to pay for the oat milk separately. Which wouldn’t be a problem but denying and being rude and aggressive is not the way to go. Never wanted to call corporate, till that moment.

I had such a bad experience with a person working there today. I placed an order for my coffee and specifically said hot two times. The guy misunderstood and prepared an iced coffee. What is not alright is when I brought it up to him about it being a hot coffee he ends up yelling at me and saying I ordered an iced coffee. I’ve never been a fan of iced coffee and would never order it. I can understand mistakes happen maybe the guy didn’t understand.. but do not yell at your customers if they bring up an error that you made.

I think at Dunkin' Donuts they have a lot there for everyone to serve for ?♀️and it's always fresh. I? love Dunkin' Donuts coffee is the best ?♀️ ☕ coffee ever. And it's fresh and it tastes ?delicious and also the menu they have there. Excellent place and excellent staff! Best Dunkin in this area. They remembered my drink even after weeks and made it just the way I like it whereas all other Dunkin mess up my drinks. The staff is well trained and quick service too.
