I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at one of your locations. I placed an order through the in-store iPad for two Dunkinā Boxes, which each come with a sandwich, a drink, and hash browns. However, when I went to pick up my order, the employee at the counter refused to give me what I actually paid for. Instead, she insisted that I had only ordered one sandwich and one drinkādespite not even bothering to check my receipt.
After arguing with me about my own order, she eventually handed me a second drinkācompletely contradicting what she had just claimed. Yet, I was still missing an entire sandwich. When I pointed this out and asked her to make the sandwich I had already paid for, she flat-out refused. My order literally said āDunkinā Boxā on the bag, so there was no excuse for this mistake.
At that point, I was so frustrated that I just bought another sandwich separately. But even then, the incompetence continuedāI specifically asked for it on a croissant, and instead, I got a bagel. So not only did I have to pay extra for a sandwich I should have already received, but they couldnāt even get that right.
This level of carelessness and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. I expect Dunkinā employees to do their jobs correctly, and this experience was beyond disappointing. I want an explanation for why my order was mishandled so badly and what will be done to make this right.

The worst dunkin I have still today asked for no ice and left with full of ice in my refresher and asked for more 2$ for no ice. This is insane.
Terrible latte. Milk was cold and felt as if there was just a few drops of coffee. More like coffee flavored milk. They didnāt even take time to heat up the milk. It use to be better before.

I always get coffee for me and my friend during break times and the guy in the afternoon shifts usually take our orders, I have been noticing him for giving nasty attitude towards me and my friend, had to write a review for my experience and for others to watch out.
I found everything was ok, clean bathroom, enough parking & very friendly atmosphere.

I ordered coffee and a Boston cream donut. Heās got 5 Boston cream donuts, one of which has the chocolate all messed up.The dude proceeds and gives me that one instead of a good one. I decided to not say anything, Iām an adult, and whatever. But now that I eat the donut, it is stale.Dont come here, bad quality.
