2023.03 excellent Hk style bubble tea. Bubble qq for 30 min, so eat the bef that time limit. Fruit is really fresh. They can customize it to 10% sugar. This is a plu coz I don’t like too sweet. My only concern is price is $7 and $8 for med and large.

The absolute BEST bubble tea place in jersey and I've been to a lot of them from the chains of king foo to the local ones.. I LOVE that they use real fruit here which is a game changer. I can't believe the review a few posts down where they said they didn't like the dragonfruit one! ITS MY FAVORITE ONE and I wait every season for it lol.. the fact that they mentioned dragon fruit being only white makes me feel like they're a bit inexperienced. Red dragon fruit is richer in color and flavor in my opinion. The black grape is a second favorite and the mango one is a classic to fall back on when I want something more original. The staff is so patient and helpful in suggestions when I bring first time guests here. Place is always clean and the decor is nice. Thankful that this place opened up down here near me so I don't have to wait until I make it up to Fort Lee anymore.

We love the tea here. There is a fairly diverse menu, and so far we have been very happy with several drinks. My favorite is the yam bubble tea drink. They use real yam (as opposed to powder), and its just the right sweetness. Just be sure to stir it properly before you drink it. The boba itself is good. The staff working there were really friendly. And they give you a free drink (any size) during your bday week!

My friends and I tried this place late at night when in the area. The interior was clean and welcoming, and the crew member behind the counter very patiently answered our questions about their drinks (they're a little more unique than your standard boba shop). I ordered the peach green tea with 50% sweetness but found the drink to be a bit bitter for my taste. I advised my friend to to order a drink with at least 70% sugar - the crew members overheard this and offered to fix my drink, completely unprompted! It was an excellent customer service moment that I appreciated deeply, and I could fully enjoy my tea afterwards. I was very pleasantly surprised by the tapioca, which was the perfect sweetness and texture all the way through, which I feel like most boba shops that batch cook boba don't always nail. The crew didn't mind me and my friends hanging out for a while, and we'll definitely be back due to the high quality drinks and amazing care they put towards their customers.

The crème brûlée boba was delectable, with a light saltiness and creaminess. The interior design is beautiful, and the service was top-notch. superior beverages than some of the nearby major brands.

Teas here are made with fresh ingredients and do not use powders or artificial ingredients. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. This is easily my favorite bubble tea place.

Went here after stumbling upon the Orlando location while on vacation. Drove about 30 mins to get there, and there is definitely no brand uniformity. The drink was decent but not the same taste or level of care put into making it. Not to complain but when a single drink is almost ten dollars your level of expectation is raised. With a cheese foam drink it’s soooo much more enjoyable when you layer the drink and the foam rather than a single layer of each ingredient. Also when I ordered it in Orlando they made it with jasmine tea, they didn’t do the here. Wouldn’t go back unless I happened to be a few minutes away.

3.5 stars. Ordered a seasonal dragonfruit yakult drink with tapioca pearl bubbles. It was a whopping $10ish dollars for a drink. Although there were actual dragonfruit pulp and seeds we were not impressed by the over $10 drink. Tapioca pearls did have a great chewy texture that not all bubble tea places can pride themselves in but nothing else stood out as impressive. The color of the drink was also oddly too purple and didn't seem to have enough of the yakult yogurt taste. If you're a real dragon fruit fan you know the actual fruit itself is white with seeds. This was a deep purple that looked to be super artificial. Overall thought was not satisfied having to pay so much for a drink like that - at least it wasn't like I paid for a car or a house but still disappointed. I may come back in the future to try other flavors but I'd recommend to try and get drinks at 30% sugar too.

Best yogurt tea I have tasted. The variety of drinks is impressive and you can customize most drinks. I love it. The parking is the only inconvenience. It is very little parking, it is at an angle and because there is only one way to enter the tiny space, you can only access it from one side of the road. However, there is parking behind the small mall. Regardless, the drink are worth the inconvenience.

I would have traveled all the way back for the fresh taro (worth it) but now I don't have to because they open one in Edison going next to h mart. The storefront is pretty clean it's cozy there's plenty of places to sit however parking is a bit limited but good news there's parking lot in the back.. I had a bit of a problem ordering online but when I went in person they actually charged me less. Their tea is always good and since it's a franchise I'm sure this one is just as good as the last one I went to.

LOVE IT. Been here all the time. I went to a place 4hrs- driving far away from Edison, and I would definitely drive back all the way to have a drink! The products are fabulous and owners+ staffs do a decent work creating new flavors, using natural, fresh ingredients.Absolutely recommend this, they are healthy and price-reasonable!!!

One of the Best bubble tea spots in NJ! Their sugar level is very conservative so you don’t have to worry about things being too sweet. Everybody is friendly there and always willing to give suggestions on how to customize your drink. The owner is always working on improving their drinks. So there’s always something new to try there. I personally love the mochi series and the fruit tea!

Another great bubble tea place in the area, except it's quite pricey. Cute space - love the steps inside for people to sit on. Their milk tea tastes very fresh; made with assam black tea and ceylon tea. I usually get their bubble milk tea, 30% sugar, less ice. They fall on the less sweet side, so if you like your drinks sweet you might want to consider 50% or reg sugar.

Positives: It's pretty spacious inside so it would be a great place to relax and catch up with friends. The drinks choices are amazing, so many things to try! The cashier was very helpful for recommending choices. Unfortunately they haven't had matcha the two times I've visited so I'll have to come back again to try it. The classic milk tea and the fresh taro milk tea were great! If you get the creme brûlée milk tea, I would get less sweetness since the topping adds to the drink. I can't wait to come back and try something new! Negatives: I have a big pet peeve about getting less boba from boba shops. Usually places put a note down or tell the barista, unfortunately I always end up throwing a lot of the boba out. I would check my order at any boba shop because mistakes can happen. They gave my sister the wrong topping and she doesn't eat bubbles, she still loved the drink though!
