肉不新鲜，锅包肉在吃面糊，而且老在那儿push不知道为啥I will never recommend this one to any of my friends. The owner push you to eat quick and force you to eat raw meat. Also, the taste of the dishes is disaster and lamb seems not pure lamb meat and it seems these meat taste unfresh. She would charge you extra money when check and if you did not give enough tips, she would chase you out and force you give her enough tips.

Amazing food at this space. Got the Beef and Lamb skewers that were amazing. Restaurant let's you cook it to your liking over hot coals. The spice rub provided is so addicting!!
My family and I have been here so many times, and we've loved every meal. It's always so much fun watching the meat rotate as the drippings hit the coals! The restaurant is very clean, and the server is also very kind. She was very knowledgeable about all the skewers and helped us choose an appropriate amount. She also refilled our spice mix regularly, which is one of my favorite parts about eating here. My only complaint is that the tea canisters get REALLY hot. We started with a glass noodle salad, which is served cold and vinegary. We always order the signature lamb skewers and the xinjiang lamb skewers, but we can never agree on which one we like more! The signature skewers are a little spicier, and we love how the freshness of the lamb comes through in the xinjiang skewers. We also usually get the pork intestine skewers (these are super fatty and delicious!). This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at since everything is delicious and it's very interactive!
If I could leave a negative star, I absolutely would. Being that one star is the lowest, then so be it. I walked in and hostess was preparing meat and coughing all over it. Not once did she cough in her shoulder or crease of her arm. She proceeded to ask if she could help me, while she still had gloves on that were covered in E. Coli. I immediately bolted out of there. If you value your health and safety...do NOT eat here...you've been warned.
China–North Korea border style cuisine, super juicy bbq skewers(lamb was the best). LOVE the bbq machine, it automatically rotates, saved us from so much hustle!
Have been there three times. The first two times were ok but the last time I was there the service was offending. Like other people mentioned in the review, they forced you to give 18-22% tips with minimum and poor service, and there is NO option that you can choice other tip amount. In addition, when one server put our Kebab on the grill, he accidentally put the meat in touch with the charcoal, with some charcoal stick to the meat. When I asked him to change this Kebab, he simply said that such contamination is ok and we can eat it. With such offending attitude there is no way anyone would like to come again.

WORST dining experience EVER. The food was way over priced considering the quantity and quality provided. As mentioned by lots of others, the big issue is the TIP. I was only half way through my dinner and the unhappy lady came to me asking me to pay. She provided no service at all- I got to find a seat by myself and asked for menu water and napkins a few times by myself, and even walk to the front desk to make orders by myself… Anyway she basically asked me how much I want to tip when I was still eating, and told me “it’s not an option” when I said “15% before tax”. The options she gave me were: 18%, 20% and 25% after tax. I really don’t want to ruin my night and had to pay 18% after tax, which was around 20% before tax- they definitely do NOT deserve it. Do NOT recommend this place.
Supposedly this is a Northeastern Chinese place, and I'm originally from that region. It's quite good, authentic. The interior also makes me feel like home. Been there a couple of times and it has ever really disappointed me. Recommended
Food is good but bad service. Especially when you pay the bill, the waitress will publicly ask you to tip her more than 18%. Don’t know why she dared to ask this much tips considering of their unsmiling face.
Very expensive but food is not fresh and not delicious. They ask for tip if you give less than 18%, although there is no service at all. Some waiters look unhappy for no reason. And they also ask me to tell the tip amount instead of inputting by myself, and even though I said 12% for tip, but they charge me 17%. It makes me feel disgusting
We've been this restaurant many times, because we loved their food. I know they always look unhappy to serve everytime when we went, but I completely disappointed this time.( sunday) Actually they don't serve well. Everytime I had to call them 2 or 3 times, even I went to them and asked for something ?. Today I asked for napkins, and one of waitresses told me to go to the front to have... hmmm I was nice to and we always were nice to them... but BIG ISSUE WAS "tip". They were so rude at the time. They just calculated food prices and 30 dollars tip included without asking!!! ? and gave us the receipt after swiping. We always paid for the bill with a credit card and gave cash for tips. Today we didn't even say we were gonna pay tip with card. But they just calculated all together what they wanted to do and swipe our card with saying noting!! I went to the counter and asked about it, and the male waiter just put the food bill and show me, said with rude" look the receipt, it is 18 percent 30 dollars tip."I said" we would give you cash. We always did like that every time we came here. But you just swipe our card including tip without asking." The male waiter told me the same thing over times. And after that one of waitresses came and explained they changed machine blabla. I don't know what that is problem with? ?. And then the other waitress said loudly from the back of door " just refund tip to them!" I looked at the lady. I was really dumbfounded. Well, we didn't have that money back. It was just unbelievable situation. We just said "FINE.IT'S OK." AND LEFT. It's not about how much tips, it's about how they serve customers until leaving the restaurant. I don't even expect the best service, but you should give us basic service with a nice attitude at least. Anyhow, We are done with the lamb restaurant.
Great bbq. Love their food, but not the price... BTW if you pay by cash, they'll give you a tax free.
