I'm sure other people have a good time and experience but this is simply mine...I didn't mind waiting the amount of time I did before my order was taken nor the 30 mins it took to get my food. Their presentation was very elegant. What I did mind was that I ordered no onions and yet when it finally came, the plate was ladened with onions. Second issue was it was SSOOO salty I couldn't eat half of it and what I did managed to eat I basically forced myself. I didn't want to send it back then wait another 30 mins so I ate what I could of the 2 items I ordered. Also to be noted, they have Jain (religious) options which omits onion and garlic; had this been brought to them it would have been disturbing. Makes me feel like some of these restaurants don't really take heed to their menu options.On the positive side their mango lassi are decent and the only thing that enjoyed. Hopefully others will continue to have a better experience.

Actually one of my favorite restaurants in and around Edison.love their sweets .. love their thali too. Big issue is it's always crowded :) also the price is a little high. A normal dinner and chat with family would cost 60-70$ easily. Once in month kinda restaurant.Taste wise it is awesomeeeeeeeee. Love their sweets, esp jelebi. Super good chaat items too.. superb customer service … thumbs up ?
I would not recommend this place for foodie. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and we waited for 10 minutes before someone even noticed us to get us some menus. I had to end up finding a menu on my own. Another 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to take my order. From that point I ordered my food 3 appetizers, it took 45 minutes to arrive . Very poor service when you ask for condiments, you're almost done with your meal by the time they bring them to you. As far as the food goes the quality has dropped drastically. We had ordered Masala fries , it had an aftertaste of such when you have oil that is continuously reused and not changed properly. I ordered Raj Kachori, which was missing a lot of its filling. It was quarter way filled if that. The Kachori tasted stale and the only flavor I can taste was the hot sauce. I can't speak about their entire menu, but this was our experience from what we've ordered.

Today I was go and order faluda to go. First they said we don't have it and she go and confirm and come to say one glass they can made but they made with rasmai without malia. If they don't have, they can not cheat the customer. It spoiled the
Now I have doubt about the hygiene of their food and sweets. It felt disgusting to see dead insects in these sweets..

Food is great! Although, we stick to our usuals of Chana batoora and Raj Kachori but the other dishes we have tried have always been good.Staff is very courteous and professional.
Kudos to Jhalak and Tanya for always providing a wonderful customer experience and recommending dishes and sweets. Our family has been coming for nearly 15 years and among our favorite dishes are grilled panini, chana batura, chaat, lassi, paranthas! The food is always fresh and hot and tasty! You can't go wrong with Mithaas!!

Mithaas delivers quality Indian food time and time again. Lots of Indian restaurants in the neighborhood but Mithaas is my family’s favorite. From Bombay sandwich to veg Keema with runali roti, everything on the menu is delicious. We typically order 6 different dishes and appetizers to share. Can’t say enough great things about Mithaas.And staff is super nice and extravagant service.
