For sushi and ramen connoisseurs, there’s a subtle taste and texture difference between this restaurant and a Chinese owned sushi restaurant. And I’m a Chinese. I drive 30 minutes to eat here rather than go to half a dozen other sushi restaurants 10 minutes or less from my house.

My friends and I tried this place for the first time last night, and it was great! Very friendly/good service, and the food was ready relatively quickly but still very good. I got the chicken teriyaki bento box, highly recommend. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning.

The Pork Belly Ramen was great. I had to come back for more and again, it was great. Assorted Sushi Bento is also great. Drink selection could be better.

This place is legit sushi central at a low price. If you are looking for affordable and quality sushi, look no further. If you go anywhere else, you are paying too much and not getting your moneys worth. The sushi is made well and tastes great, all for $4-6 per roll. You literally cannot beat that price. The sushi rolls are also adequately sized and they do not cheat you out of any sushi. I've been coming here for years now.The inside has ample seating if you choose to eat here but I normally take the sushi to go. The staff are always nice and will do their best to accommodate you.My favorites:- salmon avocado roll (raw)- shrimp tempura roll (cooked)Overall, this is my go to sushi spot in the Edison, New Jersey area.

First time eating here because I live close by. Not impressed. Might be the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. Sorry, I feel bad saying this but the food was very basic and lacked flavor. I should have got sushi at Shoprite (which isn’t that great either at the Edison location) and saved myself the $. Def would not go back. Ordered about 6 items and everything was just ok or below mediocre. Tasted like cheap food that you could get anywhere including the grocery store. Not sure how their ratings are so good. The lady at the counter was very nice though. Place was completely empty inside. Now I know why. Wish I could give a better review. Oh and if you order online it automatically adds a rather large tip automatically if you don’t pay attention. I spent around $54 with tax and my bill jump to 60 something until I realized they added a tip which I removed. Sorry, it’s take out. That def wasn’t cool either.
The shrimp ramen is the best, because the broth is so rich and flavorful. The noodles are very chewy and tasty. The shrimp and veggies are fresh! Definitely wouldn't go anywhere eles for Ramen!

I have been going to the place for years now. They're sushi is simple yet tasteful. They are definitely a go to place for a quick lunch (only had the sushi) as they're rolls are priced nice and are fairly smaller. Only thing is they started cheaping out with the sauces. Started charging 50 cents for a smaller container that they fill half way when the bigger ones used to be free I understand for extra but for just one is crazy. But very quick and would still recommend as I have been coming here for about 5 years!

Ordered the pork belly ramen, which was OK, but definitely a good value for the price they charge. The place seems very unassuming from the outside, but has a nice, casual ambiance and service was quick. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite with no frills.

Very, very nice folks working here, but the ramen is below average given the number of other ramen spots in the area. If you are at the ShopRite or mini golf near by and you need ramen now, I would say give it a shot, but if you have time seek out some of the others in the area for a superior experience.
