My experience was average. I ordered on to kiosk. My name was not up on the order board which was odd. I think they need to do a better job with getting people their drinks because no one ever called my name and my drink just sat there. I asked if the drink was mine after receiving my food and it was. Overall an okay experience, I would eat here again.
My visit to Panera Bread today was not spectacular. I walked in during lunchtime, and there was no line. I placed my order and paid. Problem number 1. My cup had a hole in it, and half of my Iced Tea leaked on to the floor. Problem number 2. The Hibiscus Iced Tea was terrible. Problem number 3. My order took more than thirty minutes to prepare on a not so busy day. My Frontega sandwich was tasty, and the Kettle chips were pretty good. The bill was $14.27, value $12.00. Good Luck!
