This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The older man working at this location is rude beyond belief, and knows that he can get away with his behavior with no consequences. Disgusting…. (And mind you I’m a girl in my mid 20s and have never even considered leaving a review until now)

Wish there were 0 stars.Worst Pizza ever ate. i order pizza fro carryout at 3.45 to be picked at 6.45.I received an alert at 6.20 that order is being prepared. At 6.25 it says ready to be picked. Please don't fool customers that u finished preparing order in 5 mins.It was already prepared ahead of time. Garlic breadstick where just doughs.

Very polite staff, pizza was ready with 15 minutes, although we didn't order ahead and server made our wait time less by processing our order first!!
This is the second experience when such a thing happened here1. First time I asked for paper napkins, the store employee said the paper napkins were finished.2. At the time of my latest order I order six medium pizza, when I asked for a chilli flakes employee told me, If I need chilli flakes I have to explicitly add those in order.Even though that is true, chilli flakes are not a big deal. The employee must have offered me chilli flakes and then politely should have mentioned to add this stuff in further orders.

Store is completely understaffed. No one really cares if we have pizza pickups. Ive spent 15 minutes after app says pizza is ready for pickup and no one has a minute to give a pizza from rack. Not complaining about staff but they are extremely busy with their work.

The kids ordered a chicken pizza from Papa John's in Edison and the delivery person left the pizza on the floor. The FLOOR, where there are crawlers, insects, bugs, etc. could of gotten inside the box. That is DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE. I don't know what kind of people working in that establishment, but I can't even fathom the thought of how unsanitary that place is. This is very disheartening. BEWARE people. Do not order from this place. I wish I could give this place a ZERO star.

I waited 50 min for my order , but my 1 cheese pizza was done in and set there for 30 min to wait for my pepperoni pizza , only for the worker to not give me a new pepperoni pizza but take one of the rack and pull off someone else's sticker on the box. Sp my cheese pizza was cold because it was sitting there for so long, and it was dry as hell. The staff was rude.
