I absolutely love playa bowls. I just love fruit, so this is my go-to place. Regardless of whether you order a bowl, smoothie, or juice - it always is presented great and tastes amazing. The service is always friendly and welcoming. I give the atmosphere 3/5 stars only because they seem to have different staffing every time I’m there - and sometimes (depending on who’s working) they can be rowdy and obnoxiously loud - but recently it’s been a lot better. I know it’s just teenagers being teenagers, so as long as they’re doing their job properly (which they do) it’s not a deal breaker for me. The place is always clean and the fruit is always fresh, that’s all that matters to me.

Came in from Dallas, TX and this place IS DELICIOUS. I try Acai bowls everywhere I travel, and this is absolutely top 3 on my list! The Acai is so good, I've never had it like that anywhere else. The ingredients were fresh as well. Only drawback is I was there at 8a and the only girl working wasn't ready for me when I showed up right at 8a. She said she needed another 15m before she cld get my order done. Other than that I returned everyday the week I stayed in Edison bc the place is SO good!
