Our server, Eric, was the absolute best. He steered us the right directions on drinks (all of ours were amazing-- if you're a Mezcal fan, try the smoky marg), was perfectly attentive in checking in on us, and fun to chat with. The food was hot and came out fast despite the restaurant being packed. This is my second time at Tio's, and I'll certainly be back in the future.Vegetarian options: There are several all veggie options that are delicious!Parking: If it's busy, it can be tricky to find parking. I just "bit the bullet" and parked in the lot across the street because I don't mind walking, but those with mobility restrictions might be limited//have to be patient waiting for a spot to open up.

Server “Gaby” didn’t feel well so she took it out on me. Messed up my order, didn’t give me the happy hour price and tried to charge me for an extra entree. Management equally incompetent. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this JV restaurant. Even Chilis is better.

In General- the service is outstanding. When I sit bar side- it can be hit or miss. Today, for the second time in over a month- I received sub par service. I dined solo. Gabby- the server did not look happy to be at work. Zero smiles, very little follow up, gave me the wrong margarita, my appetizer and entree were brought out together. This, despite me requesting to space them out. When I addressed my concern with who appeared to me a member of management- (caucasian woman, long hair in a pony tail- she did not share her name) I was met with “Gabby doesn’t feel well today.” Guess what? Go home then. I am a pretty chill person. I get it, The life of a server can be a challenge at times. I was a server for three years during my college years. When I leave my stressful, corporate job to relax at Tio’s, let’s just get things right the first time shall we? Take accountability, wrong drink, no acknowledgment from the server. Appetizers and entree bought out together, no acknowledgment. Charged for an extra entree. She’s a super young lady, and I understand that there is a learning curve. So here is my advice, take the feedback, I’m still tipping you 20%, make some changes. You’re in the service business. Smile. If you’re sick, go home.

Love this place. Me and my girls enjoy coming here from time to time. Seating not too long of a wait. Parking is scarce though, you have to come early or you’ll have to park across the street or further down the street. Strong drinks, staff very friendly and nice. Food is always a 10. Atmosphere is a nice vibe especially for football season.

Love this place. Whenever i go to Sam's club I stop here first for lunch. The food is delicious, and service is friendly. I love their Birria tacos! And my 1 yr old loved her chicken and cheese quesadilla! Kid friendly too wish is a plus for me.
